Abstract
【解決手段】ロータ室2に収納したロータ3を備える。ロータ3に設けられて先端がロータ室2の内周面に摺接される複数のベーン4を備える。ロータ室2の内面とロータ3の外周面3aとベーン4とで囲まれてロータ3の回転駆動によりその容積を大小変化させる作動室5を備える。容積拡大過程の作動室5に作動流体を流入させる吸入口6を備える。容積縮小過程の作動室5から作動流体を排出させる吐出口7を備える。ロータ3の外周面3aにおいて隣り合うベーン4間の部分に羽根部27を突設する。

Claims (5)
- ロータ室に収納したロータと、ロータに設けられて先端がロータ室の内周面に摺接される複数のベーンと、ロータ室の内面とロータの外周面とベーンとで囲まれてロータの回転駆動によりその容積を大小変化させる作動室と、容積拡大過程の作動室に作動流体を流入させる吸入口と、容積縮小過程の作動室から作動流体を排出させる吐出口とを備え、ロータの外周面において隣り合うベーン間の部分に羽根部を突設して成ることを特徴とするベーンポンプ。
- ロータの外周面において隣り合うベーン間の部分に前記羽根部をロータの周方向に複数突設し、隣り合う羽根部間に形成された羽根溝をロータのスラスト面から開口させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記ロータの両側のスラスト面のうちいずれか一方を開口側スラスト面とし、該開口側スラスト面に前記羽根溝を開口させ、該羽根溝を構成する羽根部のロータの回転方向における前側の面において少なくとも前記開口側スラスト面側の部分に開口側スラスト面側に行く程ロータの回転方向の後側に位置するガイド面を形成して成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記羽根部のロータの回転方向における前側の面をロータのスラスト方向の中央部が両端側よりもロータの回転方向の後側に位置する凹面として成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記ロータの外周面から突出する羽根部の突端部をロータの回転方向の前側に向けて突出して成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のベーンポンプ。
