Abstract
【解決手段】プリフォーム50を支持して加熱領域を移動する支持部材20の回転状態を制御してプリフォーム50の加熱装置に対する向きを制御する制御機構を有し、前記制御機構は、前記加熱領域の少なくとも一部に沿って配置された第1の磁極部材122aと、前記加熱領域を移動する支持部材20の第1の磁極部材122aに対向する部位に固定された第2の磁極部材24とを有し、前記加熱領域を移動する支持部材20を第1の磁極122aの極性と第2の磁極部材24の極性との関係によって決まる回転状態にする構成となる。

Claims (6)
- ブロー成形によって容器を成形する樹脂製のプリフォームを支持して回転自在となる支持部材を所定の経路上を移動させる移動機構と、
前記経路に設定された加熱領域に沿って設けられ、移動する前記支持部材に支持された前記プリフォームを加熱する加熱装置と、
前記加熱領域を移動する前記支持部材の回転状態を制御して前記プリフォームの前記加熱装置に対する向きを制御する制御機構とを有し、
前記制御機構は、
前記加熱領域の少なくとも一部に沿って配置された第1の磁極部材と、
前記支持部材が前記加熱領域を移動する際に前記第1の磁極部材に対向するように、当該支持部材に固定された第2の磁極部材とを有し、
前記加熱領域を移動する前記支持部材を前記第1の磁極部材の極性と前記第2の磁極部材の極性との関係によって決まる回転状態にすることを特徴とするプリフォーム加熱システム。 - 前記第1の磁極部材は、前記第2の磁極部材に対向すべき面が単一の極性となり、
前記第2の磁極部材は、前記第1の磁極部材に対向すべき面に前記単一の極性と逆の極性となる磁極が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプリフォーム加熱システム。 - 前記第2の磁極部材は、前記支持部材にその回転軸と同軸となるように固定され、極性が交互に変わるように環状に複数の磁極が配列されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のプリフォーム加熱システム。
- 前記第1の磁極部材は、前記第2の磁極部材に対向すべき面に極性が交互に変わるように複数の磁極が配列され、
前記第2の磁極部材は、前記支持部材にその回転軸と同軸となるように固定され、極性が交互に変わるように環状に複数の磁極が配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプリフォーム加熱システム。 - 前記制御機構は、
第1の制御機構部分と、第2の制御機構部分とを有し、
前記第1の機構部分は、
前記支持部材の回転軸と同軸となって当該支持部材に設けられた環状凹凸部材と、
前記加熱領域の所定部分に沿って配置され、前記環状凹凸部材が回転しつつ噛合う帯状凹凸受け部材とを有し、
前記第2の機構部分は、
前記第1の磁極部材と前記第2の磁極部材とを有し、
前記第1の磁極部材は前記加熱領域の前記所定部分以外の部分に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプリフォーム加熱システム。 - 前記第2の磁極部材は、前記支持部材にその回転軸と同軸となるように固定され、極性が交互に変わるように環状に複数の磁極が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプリフォーム加熱システム。
