Abstract
【解決手段】有機性廃棄物にMg(OH)2等のMg成分を添加して水熱ガス化処理を行う。この工程からアンモニウムイオン、リン酸イオンを多量に含む排水が発生するが、その排水に空気バブリングを行うことにより排水中の二酸化炭素を空気中に移行させ、排水のpHを上昇させてリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムを析出させる。これにより排水は浄化されるとともに、有価物であるリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムを回収できる。

Description
図1は本発明の工程を示すブロック図であり、有機性廃棄物の水熱ガス化処理を行う際に、Mg成分を添加して行う。有機性廃棄物は例えば下水脱水汚泥であるが、そのほか、生ゴミ、畜産廃棄物などの窒素分を含有するバイオマスの処理にも適している。木質系のバイオマスは窒素分をほとんど含有していないので、水熱ガス化処理を行ってもアンモニウムイオンの発生が少なく、本発明による処理を行うには適しない。
PO4 3-+NH4 ++Mg2++6H2O →MgNH4PO4・6H20
の反応式により、リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムを析出させることができる。その他の非アルカリ性のMg成分を用いた場合には、空気バブリングを行うとともに、アルカリを添加する。
以下に本発明の実施例を示す。

Claims (4)
- 有機性廃棄物にMg成分を添加して水熱ガス化処理を行い、発生した排水に空気バブリングを行うことにより排水中の二酸化炭素を空気中に移行させ、排水のpHを上昇させてリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムを析出させることを特徴とする水熱ガス化処理排水の処理方法。
- 水熱ガス化処理により生じたガスの圧力によりタービンを回し、空気バブリング用の動力を得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水熱ガス化処理排水の処理方法。
- Mg成分としてMg(OH)2を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の水熱ガス化処理排水の処理方法。
- 空気バブリングにより、排水のpHを9以上に上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水熱ガス化処理排水の処理方法。
