Abstract
【解決手段】ブロアはエアインレット(吸気側)およびエアアウトレット(圧力側)を有し、好ましくはガス燃料用の燃料供給ラインを備えている。このブロアにおいて、質量流量センサが空気供給ラインの一部としてエアインレット上に配置され、機能的にデータ処理装置に接続されている。このセンサは、所望の熱容量に応じて燃焼材料/燃焼空気の比率を調整するために、データ処理装置に信号を送信する。

Claims (16)
- ブロアハウジング(26)、ブロアホイール(27)、エアインレット(28)、エアアウトレット(29)、前記燃料用の燃料供給ライン(1)を備えた、ウォール/フロア炉における燃焼空気用のブロアであって、空気の質量流量を決定するための質量流量センサ(13)が前記エアインレット(28)上に配置されており、前記質量流量センサ(13)は機能的に前記データ処理装置(4)に接続され、燃焼材料と燃焼空気との比率を前記所望の熱容量に応じて計算するために前記データ処理装置(4)に信号を送信する、燃焼空気用のブロア。
- 前記質量流量センサ(13)は空気質量流量用電子風速計である、請求項1に記載のブロア。
- リングジェット機構(30)が前記エアインレット(28)上に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載のブロア。
- 前記質量流量センサ(13)は前記リングジェット機構(30)上に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブロア。
- 前記質量流量センサ(13)は、前記リングジェット機構(30)の前記ジェットギャップ(32)に流入するバイパス(31)内に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブロア。
- 前記リングジェット機構(30)は、前記空気の質量流量を測定するための前記ジェットギャップ(32)に加え、前記燃料を供給するためのさらなるジェットギャップ(33)を有している、請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のブロア。
- さらなる質量流量センサ(7)が前記さらなるジェットギャップ(33)付近に配置されており、前記データ処理装置(4)に適切な信号を送信する、請求項6に記載のブロア。
- 前記リングジェット機構(30)は、前記ブロアの前記エアインレット(28)上の前記ハウジング壁(34)と一体化している、請求項3〜7のいずれかに記載のブロア。
- 前記リングジェット機構(30)は、前記エアインレット(28)上の前記燃焼空気の主流を囲む、請求項3〜7のいずれかに記載のブロア。
- 流入管(35)が前記リングジェット機構(30)の前方に配置されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のブロア。
- 前記バイパス(31)は前記流入管(35)に流入する、請求項1または10に記載のブロア。
- 前記バイパス(31)は、前記流入管(35)内のリングギャップ(36)に流入する、請求項1または11に記載のブロア。
- 前記ガスを供給するための前記回転弁/調整弁(38)は、前記ハウジングと一体化している、請求項1または12に記載のブロア。
- 前記ガスを供給するための前記回転弁/調整弁(38)は、前記ブロアの吸気側に配置されている、請求項13に記載のブロア。
- 前記電子モータの整流により、前記質量流量評価が行われ、前記ブロアのモータの速度が調整される、請求項1または14に記載のブロア。
- 前記電子モータの整流により、前記質量流量評価が行われ、前記ブロアのモータの速度および前記ガスの供給が調整される、請求項1または14に記載のブロア。
