Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に基づき、ポンプ装置を蓄圧系に接続する常時高圧状態にある少なくとも1本或いは各高圧燃料配管(10)に、特に各々の高圧燃料配管(10)の破損時に所定の非常圧力に耐える壁厚を有する外被(15)が付設されている。

Claims (10)
- 燃料供給装置の低圧領域と、該低圧領域から燃料を燃料供給装置の高圧領域に搬送するために少なくとも1台の高圧ポンプを含むポンプ装置とを備え、ポンプ装置とシリンダに付設された燃料噴射器との間の高圧領域に、少なくとも1個の蓄圧室を有する常時高圧状態にある蓄圧系が設けられ、該蓄圧系が、同様に常時高圧状態にある少なくとも1本の高圧燃料配管を介してポンプ装置に接続され、蓄圧系が、燃料噴射サイクルに関係して折々高圧状態にある高圧燃料配管を介して燃料噴射器に接続されている内燃機関用の燃料供給装置において、
ポンプ装置を蓄圧系に接続する常時高圧状態にある少なくとも1本或いは各高圧燃料配管(10)に、特に各々の高圧燃料配管(10)の破損時に所定の非常圧力に耐える壁厚を有する外被(15)が付設されたことを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料供給装置。 - 常時高圧状態にある蓄圧系にも、所定の非常圧力に耐える壁厚を有する外被が付設されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料供給装置の常時高圧状態にある全ての構成体に外被が付設されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料供給装置。
- 所定の非常圧力が燃料噴射器の開放圧力より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の燃料供給装置。
- 少なくとも400×105Paの非常圧力に耐えるように外被(15)の壁厚が寸法づけられたことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の燃料供給装置。
- 少なくとも800×105Paの非常圧力に耐えるように外被(15)の壁厚が寸法づけられたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料供給装置の各々外装された構成体の外壁と外被の内壁との間隔が、0.1〜0.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料供給装置のポンプ装置が、燃料供給装置の常時高圧状態にある外装された構成体に漏れが生じた際、高圧領域の作動圧力が所定の非常運転圧力に低下するように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の燃料供給装置。
- 外被によって非常運転圧力を維持できる燃料供給装置の領域が、燃料供給装置の低圧領域から少なくとも1個の止め装置により分離されたことを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の燃料供給装置。
- 1個或いは各止め装置が絞りとして形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の燃料供給装置。
