Claims (6)
- エンジンのコモンレールシステム、特にシリンダ内のガス・空気混合気に点火するために、前記シリンダ内に液体燃料を供給する二元燃料機関のコモンレールシステムであって、当該コモンレールシステムは低圧領域と、少なくとも1つの高圧ポンプを含むポンプ装置とを具備しており、それによって前記液体燃料は前記低圧領域から高圧領域へと搬送され、
前記ポンプ装置とシリンダに配設されたインジェクタとの間の前記高圧領域には、二重壁構造の高圧燃料導管が延在しており、当該高圧燃料導管の内側管を介して、前記液体燃料は前記シリンダの前記インジェクタに供給可能であり、前記内側管を包囲する外側管を介して、前記内側管と前記外側管との間のリークは、リーク収容容器に排出可能であるコモンレールシステムにおいて、
各シリンダとそれに伴うインジェクタ(2)との間の前記高圧燃料導管(3)には、それぞれリーク検知装置(10)が配設されており、各リーク検知装置(10)は第一の位置において、前記高圧燃料導管(3)の前記外側管(5)を通過する流れを開放し、第二の位置において、前記高圧燃料導管(3)の前記外側管(5)を通過する流れを遮断することを特徴とするコモンレールシステム。 - 各リーク検知装置(10)は第一の位置において、前記シリンダの間、それとともに前記インジェクタの間に前記各リーク検知装置が位置しているときに、前記高圧燃料導管の前記外側管(5)の、前記シリンダの間、それとともに前記インジェクタの間に延在する部分を通過する流れを開放し、各リーク検知装置(10)は第二の位置において、前記高圧燃料導管の前記外側管(5)の当該部分を通過する流れを遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコモンレールシステム。
- 前記液体燃料が流れる方向で見て、前記シリンダおよびそれに伴う前記インジェクタ(2)は、前記ポンプ装置(1)に対して異なる距離を有して前記高圧燃料導管(3)に順番に係合していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコモンレールシステム。
- 前記ポンプ装置(1)と、前記ポンプ装置(1)の最も近くに位置する前記シリンダおよびそれに伴うインジェクタ(2)との間に延在する前記高圧燃料導管(3)の部分にも、リーク検知装置(10)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコモンレールシステム。
- 前記リーク収容容器(6)にリークが存在する場合、前記高圧燃料導管(3)の漏れ部分を検知するために、前記リーク検知装置(10)が連続して、所定の検査時間にわたり、第一の位置から第二の位置に切り替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のコモンレールシステム。
- 前記高圧燃料導管(3)の前記外側管(5)には、各リーク検知装置(10)の領域に、遮断部材(11)と当該遮断部材を回避するバイパス(12)とが配設されており、前記バイパス(12)は、前記各リーク検知装置が第一の位置にあるときに開放され、前記各リーク検知装置(10)が第二の位置にあるときに遮断されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のコモンレールシステム。
