Claims (9)
- エンジン、特に二元燃料エンジンの点火流体インジェクタを機能点検するための方法であって、前記エンジンは、複数のシリンダと、複数のシリンダに共通の点火流体吐出ポンプ、複数の前記シリンダに共通の点火流体貯蔵ユニット、及び複数の前記シリンダに個別の点火流体インジェクタを有する点火流体噴射システムと、を含む方法において、
まず前記点火流体噴射システムの点火流体インジェクタがすべて最小限に通電され、さらに前記点火流体吐出ポンプは、前記点火流体貯蔵ユニット内で規定の圧力が発生するように運転され、このプロセスで基準圧力として前記点火流体貯蔵ユニットの圧力および/あるいは基準吸入スロットル位置として前記点火流体吐出ポンプの吸入スロットル位置が測定され、
それに引き続いて第1点火流体インジェクタでは規定の時間の間、通電が増大されるが、他のすべての点火流体インジェクタでは最小限の通電が変わらず保たれ、このプロセスでテスト圧力として前記点火流体貯蔵ユニットの圧力および/あるいはテスト吸入スロットル位置として前記点火流体吐出ポンプの吸入スロットル位置が測定され、
それに引き続いて、前記テスト吸入スロットル位置が前記基準吸入スロットル位置と、および/あるいは前記テスト圧力が前記基準圧力と比較されて、ここから、前記第1点火流体インジェクタが欠陥なく作動するかどうかが決定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 特に停止中のエンジンで機能点検を実行する場合には、最小限の通電として最小限の通電時間は、最小限の通電時間で前記エンジンの前記シリンダ内に点火流体が噴射されないように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 特に稼働中のエンジンで機能点検を実行する場合には、最小限の通電として最小限の通電時間は、最小限の通電時間で規定の点火流体量が前記エンジンの前記シリンダ内に噴射されるように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1点火流体インジェクタの機能点検の後、次々に別の前記点火流体インジェクタそれぞれで、機能点検が、規定の時間の間、点検されるべきそれぞれの前記点火流体インジェクタでは、通電、特に通電時間が増大されるが、他の前記点火流体インジェクタでは、最小限の通電、特に最小限の通電時間が調節されるように実行され、このプロセスでテスト圧力として前記点火流体貯蔵ユニットの圧力および/あるいはテスト吸入スロットル位置として前記点火流体吐出ポンプの吸入スロットル位置がそれぞれ測定され、前記テスト吸入スロットル位置が前記基準吸入スロットル位置と、および/あるいは前記テスト圧力が前記基準圧力と比較されて、ここから、それぞれの前記点火流体インジェクタが欠陥なく作動するかどうかを決定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- n番目(n>1)の前記点火流体インジェクタの機能点検のために、(n−1)番目の前記点火流体インジェクタの機能点検後、新たな基準圧力および/あるいは新たな基準吸入スロットル位置が測定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記点火流体インジェクタの機能点検の際に、少なくともそれぞれの前記テスト圧力が前記基準圧力と比較されて、ここから、それぞれの前記点火流体インジェクタが欠陥なく作動するかどうかを決定することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記点火流体インジェクタの機能点検の際に、付け加えてそれぞれの前記テスト吸入スロットル位置が前記基準吸入スロットル位置と比較されて、ここから、それぞれの前記点火流体インジェクタが欠陥なく作動するかどうかを決定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 特に、それぞれの前記テスト吸入スロットル位置が前記基準吸入スロットル位置から、および/あるいはそれぞれの前記テスト圧力が前記基準圧力から、規定の限界値よりも大きくずれている場合には、それぞれの前記点火流体インジェクタは欠陥なく作動すると決定され、これに対して、特に、それぞれの前記テスト吸入スロットル位置が前記基準吸入スロットル位置から、および/あるいはそれぞれの前記テスト圧力が前記基準圧力から、規定の限界値よりも小さくずれている場合には、それぞれの前記点火流体インジェクタの作動には欠陥があると決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するための手段を備えることを特徴とする、エンジンの制御装置。
