Abstract
【解決手段】主軸装置は、主軸11を支持している軸受21〜23の外輪41および内輪42間に、これの周方向に間隔をおいた3カ所以上からエアを供給する供給手段と、供給手段によって供給されるエアの供給量を各供給カ所毎に個別に変化させうるように制御する制御手段とを備えている。

Description
また、軸受の内輪に配設した複数個の孔から、主軸の貫通孔に充填された潤滑油を、主軸の孔から保持器に供給する装置を備えた主軸装置が知られている。(特許文献2参照)
従来の装置では、軸受の外輪内周面と保持器外周面の隙間を一定に保つために、流体を常時供給する必要があるため、流体の消費量が多くなる。また、供給する流体を潤滑油とすると、油膜によって隙間を一定に保つことはできるかもしれないが、軸受内の潤滑油量が過多となり、異常発熱する可能性がある。また、保持器外径の真円度が悪い場合や、回転によって不均一に変形した場合、全周域において、軸受の外輪内周面と保持器の外周面の隙間を一定に保つことが困難な可能性があり、潤滑油によって、その隙間の油膜量を一定に保っても、局所的に保持器に摩擦力が発生し、振動が発生する可能性がある。

Claims (4)
- 主軸を支持している軸受の外輪および内輪間に、これの周方向に間隔をおいた3カ所以上から流体を供給する供給手段と、供給手段によって供給される流体の供給量を各供給カ所毎に個別に変化させうるように制御する制御手段とを備えている主軸装置。
- 主軸の回転速度に基づいて、制御手段によって制御される流体の供給量が決定されるようになされている請求項1に記載の主軸装置。
- 主軸の傾斜角度に基づいて、制御手段によって制御される流体の供給量が決定されるようになされている請求項1に記載の主軸装置。
- 主軸の振動を検出するセンサを備えており、センサの検出値に基づいて、制御手段によって制御される流体の供給量が決定されるようになされている請求項1に記載の主軸装置。
