Abstract
【解決手段】収納部を備えたシート型ケースに正極/分離膜/負極構造の電極組立体が装着された後、シート型ケースが熱融着によって密封された構造の二次電池であり、前記熱融着によって収納部の外周面全体にシーリング部が形成され、前記シーリング部がそれぞれ垂直に折り曲げられて収納部の側壁に密着され、正極端子と負極端子が収納部を基準にして互いに異なるシーリング部上に位置する二次電池を構成する。

Claims (11)
- 収納部を備えたシート型ケースに正極/分離膜/負極構造の電極組立体が装着された後、シート型ケースが熱融着によって密封された構造の二次電池であって、
前記熱融着によって収納部の外周面全体にシーリング部が形成され、
前記シーリング部がそれぞれ垂直に折り曲げられて収納部の側壁に密着され、
正極端子と負極端子が収納部を基準にして互いに異なるシーリング部上に位置することを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記シート型ケースが、樹脂層及び金属層を含むラミネートシートからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シートが、アルミニウムラミネートシートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記各電極端子が、収納部の中心を基準にして対称または非対称位置にシーリング部から突出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体が、フォルディング型構造、スタック型構造またはスタック/フォルディング型構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体が、板状型の六面体構造からなり、
前記シーリング部の角が、容易に折り曲げられるように所定大きさに面取りされてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子が位置する垂直に折り曲げられたシーリング部には、収納部の側壁に位置する方向に保護回路部が搭載されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路部が、正極端子側シーリング部及び負極端子側シーリング部上にそれぞれ搭載されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 電極端子側シーリング部に隣接した側面シーリング部において、上部ケース及び/または下部ケースは収納部の幅に対応する大きさの剰余部を含み、シーリング部を垂直に折り曲げて収納部の側壁に密着させた状態で、前記剰余部が収納部の上面または下面を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記剰余部が、電極端子側シーリング部に隣接した両側面シーリング部のケースにそれぞれ形成されており、前記両側面シーリング部の剰余部によって収納部の上面及び下面を全て覆うことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項による二次電池がパックケースに装着された構造の電池パック。
