Description
[無機圧電材料微粒子]
《無機圧電材料微粒子の作製》
チタン酸ビスマス酸系を主成分とするCaBi4Ti4O15組成の無機微粒子粉末に、バインダー(ポリビニルブチラール樹脂10質量%)、水、及び分散剤(ステアリン酸2質量%)を混合し、無機微粒子懸濁液を用意した。この懸濁液を用い、ドクターブレード法によりシート成形し、厚み50μmの無機薄膜を得た。上記無機薄膜の上面及び下面に、白金ペーストを乾燥後に1μmの厚みとなるように塗布した。しかる後、白金ペーストを乾燥した後、空気中にて1100℃の温度に60分間維持し焼成した。このようにして、無機薄膜を得た。その後、白金ペーストの焼付けにより形成された金属材料としての白金層を研磨により除去した。このようにして、無機薄膜焼結体を得た。得られた無機焼結体の結晶構造はX線回折法により、配向した結晶構造をもつことを確認した。得られた焼結体を粉砕して平均粒子径3μmの微粒子を得た。同様にして表1記載の組成の無機圧電材料微粒子を得た。
《フッ素系高分子材料の合成》
〈FP1の合成〉
P(VDF−PFA)(組成モル比:VDF/パーフロオロアルキルビニルエーテル=75/25)のポリマーを合成した。
P(VDF−PFA)(組成モル比:VDF/パーフロオロアルキルビニルエーテル=75/25)のポリマーを合成した。
P(VDF−HFP)(組成モル比:VDF/HFP(ヘキサフルオロプロペン)=75/25)のポリマーを合成した。
P(VDF−TrF)(組成モル比:VDF/トリフルオロエチレン=75/25)のポリマーを合成した。
〈NFP1の合成〉
ジフェニルメタンジイソシアナートのオリゴマーを作製した。
上記合成された高分子12gの中に溶媒DMFを100g添加して前記調製した無機圧電材料微粒子6gを分散し、無機圧電素子膜の上にキャストして、150μ厚のウエット薄膜を形成させた。この薄膜を表1記載のようにして電圧と磁場の印加で分極処理を実施し、無機圧電材料微粒子を含む有機高分子圧電材料フィルム(本発明の有機圧電フィルム、等)試料101〜113を作製した。分極処理の温度は80℃で行った。

- 有機高分子圧電材料のマトリックス中に無機圧電材料微粒子を分散させ、電場を印加した、または、磁場及び電場を印加した、ことを特徴とする圧電材料。
- 前記無機圧電材料微粒子の平均粒子径が5nm〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電材料。
- 前記有機高分子圧電材料が、尿素樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂及びポリオレフィン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電材料。
- 前記有機高分子圧電材料が、弗化ビニリデン、3弗化エチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロペン及びパーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテルから選ばれる少なくとも1種のモノマーを使用した有機高分子圧電材料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧電材料。
- 前記無機圧電材料微粒子が、CaBi4Ti4O15、BaBi4Ti4O15、SrBi4Ti4O15、Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15、Bi4Ti3O12、CaBi2Ta2O9、CaBi2Nb2O9、BaBi2Ta2O9、BaBi2Nb2O9、SrBi2Ta2O9、SrBi2Nb2O9、Sr1.9Ca0.1NaNb5O15、SrNb2O6、BaNb2O6、NaBa2Nb5O15、KBa2Nb5O15、NaSr2Nb5O15およびBi1/3Ba2Nb5O15から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧電材料。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧電材料であり、磁場印加に加えて、直流又は交流電圧印加或いはコロナ放電印加を加えた、処理により分極処理をした圧電材料であることを特徴とする超音波探触子。
- 有機高分子圧電材料のマトリックス中に無機圧電材料微粒子を分散させ、電場を印加した、または、磁場及び電場を印加した、ことを特徴とする圧電材料の製造方法。
- 前記無機圧電材料微粒子の平均粒子径が5nm〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧電材料の製造方法。
- 前記有機高分子圧電材料が、尿素樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂及びポリオレフィン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の圧電材料の製造方法。
- 前記有機高分子圧電材料が、弗化ビニリデン、3弗化エチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロペン及びパーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテルから選ばれる少なくとも1種のモノマーを使用した有機高分子圧電材料であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の圧電材料の製造方法。
