Abstract
保管時に汚染物質の流出による環境汚染を防止でき、しかも倫理上の問題も発生しない残骨灰の無害化方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】
火葬後に発生する残骨灰から手選別やフルイによって異物を回収する乾式選別段階、残骨灰を洗浄水に混合して撹拌する洗浄段階、比重の小さい微粒子を抽出する湿式選別段階、硝酸などによって汚染物質を遊離させる溶出段階、を順次実施することで、残骨灰に付着していた汚染物質を確実に分離して残骨灰を無害化できる。しかも残骨灰の形態を大きく変えることがないため倫理上の問題もない。

Claims (8)
- 火葬後に発生する残骨灰から物理的な特徴に基づいて異物を回収する乾式選別段階と、
前記乾式選別段階によって異物を除去された残骨灰を酸性溶液に混合させて汚染物質を遊離させる溶出段階と、
から構成されることを特徴とする残骨灰の無害化方法。 - 火葬後に発生する残骨灰から物理的な特徴に基づいて異物を回収する乾式選別段階と、
前記乾式選別段階によって異物を除去された残骨灰を洗浄水に混合させて撹拌を行う洗浄段階と、
前記洗浄段階を終えた洗浄水から比重の小さい微粒子を抽出する湿式選別段階と、
前記湿式選別段階を終えた洗浄水を酸性溶液に混合させて汚染物質を遊離させる溶出段階と、
から構成されることを特徴とする残骨灰の無害化方法。 - 前記乾式選別段階は、手選別とフルイ選別(12,13)とを組み合わせた操作であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記湿式選別段階は、ハイドロサイクロン(17)を使用することを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記酸性溶液は、硝酸の水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3または4記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記溶出段階によって汚染物質が遊離している酸性溶液は、中和させた後に沈殿物を除去して再利用することを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4または5記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記沈殿物を除去した後、溶液を熱ヒートポンプ(28)で加熱して減量化してから再利用することを特徴とする請求項6記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記溶出段階によって無害化された残骨灰を、溶融固化処理によってガラス体とすることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4,5,6または7記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
