Claims (5)
- 火葬後に発生する残骨灰から、手選別とフルイ選別(12,13)とを組み合わせた操作で異物を回収する乾式選別段階と、
前記乾式選別段階によって異物を除去された残骨灰を洗浄水に混合させて撹拌を行う洗浄段階と、
前記洗浄段階を終えた洗浄水から浮遊性の微粒子を抽出する湿式選別段階と、
前記湿式選別段階を終えて浮遊性の微粒子が除去された洗浄水を酸性溶液に混合させて汚染物質を遊離させる溶出段階と、
から構成されることを特徴とする残骨灰の無害化方法。 - 前記湿式選別段階は、ハイドロサイクロン(17)を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記溶出段階によって汚染物質が遊離している酸性溶液は、中和させた後に沈殿物を除去して再利用することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記沈殿物を除去した後、溶液を熱ヒートポンプ(28)で加熱して減量化してから再利用することを特徴とする請求項3記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
- 前記溶出段階によって無害化された残骨灰を、溶融固化処理によってガラス体とすることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3または4記載の残骨灰の無害化方法。
