Abstract
【解決手段】対物レンズ駆動装置30は、ヨークベース41と、ヨークベース41上に設けられたレンズホルダ42と、レンズホルダ42の上部中央に設けられた対物レンズ25と、レンズホルダ42の両側に設けられた永久磁石43a、43bと、レンズホルダ42の両側に配線されたワイヤ44と、樹脂製のワイヤベース45及びヨークカバー46とを備えている。ヨークカバー46は、ヨークベース41の立設部41b及び永久磁石43bの上面を保護するカバーとしての役割のみならず、レンズホルダ42の移動範囲を制限するストッパとしての役割を果たす。そのため、レンズホルダ42の側面にはストッパ片54が設けられており、ヨークカバー46の側面には、ストッパ片54と当接する上部係止片46a及び下部係止片46bが設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 対物レンズを保持するレンズホルダと、
前記レンズホルダに取り付けられた駆動用コイルと、
前記駆動用コイルに対する磁束を発生させる永久磁石と、
前記永久磁石が取り付けられるベース部材と、
前記レンズホルダを揺動自在に支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の一端が固定される固定部材と、
前記ベース部材の立設部に取り付けられた樹脂製のヨークカバーとを備え、
前記ヨークカバーの上面は、前記ベース部材の立設部及び前記永久磁石の上面よりも高いことを特徴とする対物レンズ駆動装置。 - 前記レンズホルダ及び前記ヨークカバーのいずれか一方に設けられ、他方側に突出させて前記レンズホルダのトラッキング方向の移動範囲を制限するストッパ片と、
前記他方に設けられ、前記ストッパ片の少なくともフォーカス方向の移動範囲を制限する係止片とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対物レンズ駆動装置。 - 前記ヨークカバーは、前記立設部に対して着脱可能な構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の対物レンズ駆動装置。
- 前記ヨークカバーは、前記立設部の厚みと同等の幅を有する間隙部を備え、前記間隙部に前記立設部が嵌り込む構造を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の対物レンズ駆動装置。
- レーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光源から放射されたレーザ光を光ディスクの記録面に集光させる対物レンズと、
前記光ディスクからの反射光を受光する受光部と、
前記対物レンズを駆動する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の対物レンズ駆動装置とを備えることを特徴とする光ピックアップ。 - 光ディスクを回転させるためのスピンドル機構と、
前記光ディスクの径方向に移動自在に設けられた請求項5に記載の光ピックアップと、
前記光ピックアップを制御する制御部とを備えることを特徴とする光記録再生装置。
