Claims (8)
- レンズホルダに取り付けられたフォーカスレンズと、架台板に接続されたダンパー台と、前記架台板に配列された複数の永久磁石と、前記フォーカスレンズの精密な位置づけのためプリント回路板上に配列され、前記複数の永久磁石と相互作用をするコイル配列とを備え、前記プリント回路板は、アクチュエータの経線軸の両側に配置された弾力的で柔軟なサスペンション手段によって前記ダンパー台に接続されている光スキャニング装置のためのアクチュエータであって、
前記複数の永久磁石が、前記ダンパー台に面する前記プリント回路板の側面に配置されている第1の2つの永久磁石と、前記ダンパー台と面する前記プリント回路板の反対側の側面に配置されている第2の2つの永久磁石とを含み、
前記プリント回路板が、前記第1の2つの永久磁石と前記第2の2つの永久磁石との間で動けるように配置され、かつ、前記第2の2つの永久磁石の間の場所に位置する前記レンズホルダに取り付けられ、
可動部分の重力の中心が前記プリント回路板の幾何学的な中心と一致することを確保するためであり、前記フォーカスレンズと面する前記プリント回路板の反対側の側面上で該プリント回路板に接続され、かつ、前記第1の2つの永久磁石の間に形成される中間スペースに突き出す補償質量を含み、
前記プリント回路板、前記レンズホルダおよび前記補償質量は共に、前記アクチュエータの前記可動部分を構成することを特徴とする光スキャニング装置のためのアクチュエータ。 - 前記プリント回路板が、前記アクチュエータの経線軸に関して横方向に配置され、前記サスペンション手段にはんだ付けで接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは左右対称であり、前記フォーカスレンズが前記アクチュエータの前端に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記補償質量が、前記レンズホルダと一体的に作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 上下に離れて位置する三つのサスペンションワイヤが、それぞれサスペンション手段として利用されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記第1の2つの永久磁石と前記第2の2つの永久磁石とが、前記架台板に接続されたヨーク部に結びつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、光ハウジングとともに、スキャンされている光記憶媒体に対して放射方向に移動するスキャニング装置を構成することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 光記憶媒体から読み込む若しくはそれに書き込む、又は、それから読み取る、及びそれに書き込む器具であって、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータと、該アクチュエータを内蔵するスキャニング装置を有することを特徴とする器具。
