Abstract
【解決手段】後段ピニオン1の軸端部を前段遊星キャリア2の円形開口部21に圧入固定するための締結方法においては、まず、後段ピニオン1の軸端部の外周面部分に、他の部分に比べて、歯先円径が大きく、しかも歯先が尖っている圧入用外歯部分13を、歯切加工時に創成することにより形成する。次に、前段遊星キャリア2の円形開口部21に、圧入用外歯部分13の歯先円径よりも小径の圧入穴22を形成する。次に、圧入用外歯部分13を圧入穴22に圧入して、当該圧入用外歯部分13の歯先部分を当該圧入穴22の内周面部分に食い込ませ、双方の部材1、2の締結強度を確保する。

Description
本発明は、例えば、段付き歯車の製造にも適用できる。段付き歯車は従来においてはピニオンカッターでの加工に頼っている。本発明の方法を採用した場合には、段付き歯車を分割して、それぞれをホブカッター或いは研削砥石により歯切り加工を施して仕上げる。例えば、図3に示すように、一方の分割した歯車31の軸端部に歯先円径の大きな圧入用外歯部分32を形成し、他方の分割した歯車33の中心部分に圧入穴34を形成しておく。そして、圧入用外歯部分32を圧入穴34に圧入固定して、一体化された段付き歯車30を組み立てる。このようにすれば、安価に高精度の段付き歯車30を得ることができる。

Claims (3)
- 歯車の軸端部を被締結側部材の円形開口部に圧入固定することにより、歯車を被締結側部材に締結する歯車の締結方法において、
歯車の軸端部の外周面部分に、他の部分に比べて、歯先円径が大きく、しかも歯先が尖っている圧入用外歯部分を、当該歯車の歯切加工時に創成することにより形成し、
被締結側部材の円形開口部に、圧入用外歯部分の歯先円径よりも小径の圧入穴を形成し、
圧入用外歯部分を圧入穴に圧入して、圧入用外歯部分の歯先部分を圧入穴の内周面部分に食い込ませることを特徴とする歯車の締結方法。 - 請求項1において、
軸端部の圧入用外歯部分の先端面から、圧入用外歯部分の歯底円径と同一外径のボスを同軸状態で突出させておき、
被締結側部材の円形開口部に、圧入穴よりも小径の心出し用のボス圧入穴を同軸状態に形成しておき、
ボス圧入穴にボスを圧入して歯車と被締結側部材の心出しを行いながら、圧入用外歯部分を圧入穴に圧入固定することを特徴とする歯車の締結方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法によって歯車が締結されていることを特徴とする歯車の締結構造。
