Abstract
【解決手段】骨代用材料が炭酸カルシウムを含有し、この炭酸カルシウムが粒子状の炭酸カルシウムとして水中で可溶性の少なくとも1つの止血薬を含有する水溶液中に懸濁されており、この場合この水溶液は、等浸透圧性であるような量の止血薬を含有する

Description
浸透圧計を使用しながら滅菌された、発熱因子を含有しない水500ml中に37℃で、カルシウム−L−ラクテート水和物(Fluka)を溶解し、但し、この場合には、この溶液が288mOsmolの浸透圧モル濃度を有するまで溶解した。引続き、この溶液100mlを炭酸カルシウム65.0g(Fluka)と混合した。無色ないし明灰色の粘稠なペーストが生じた。このペースト50gを常用のプラスチック注射器中に導入した。このプラスチック注射器から、ピストンを押すことによってペーストを押し出すことができた。

Claims (7)
- 骨代用材料において、この骨代用材料が炭酸カルシウムを含有し、この炭酸カルシウムが粒子状の炭酸カルシウムとして水中で可溶性の少なくとも1つの止血薬を含有する水溶液中に懸濁されており、この場合この水溶液は、等浸透圧性であるような量の止血薬を含有することを特徴とする、骨代用材料。
- 炭酸カルシウム55〜67質量%を含有する、請求項1記載の骨代用材料。
- 炭酸カルシウムが1〜50μmの粒度を有する、請求項1または2記載の骨代用材料。
- 止血薬としての塩化カルシウム、酢酸カルシウム、乳酸カルシウム、ゼラチンの群からの1つ以上の化合物を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の骨代用材料。
- 炭酸カルシウムと共に炭酸マグネシウムおよび/または酸化マグネシウムを含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の骨代用材料。
- 1つ以上の抗生物質および/または別の製薬学的作用物質を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の骨代用材料。
- ペースト状である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の骨代用材料。
