Abstract
【解決手段】気筒は少なくとも2つのバンクに割り当てられ、かつ、点火順序で連続する気筒は、異なるバンクに割り当てられるように割り当てられた内燃機関において、各バンク内ではすべての気筒に対し、相応の第1の手段を駆動制御するために共通のスイッチング手段と共通のコンデンサとが割り当てられており、主噴射の後、燃焼後に上死点後から100°〜270°の間の領域で該第1の手段によって、該内燃機関へ事後噴射を行う方法によって解決される。

Description
内燃機関において気筒は少なくとも2つのバンクに割り当てられ、かつ、点火順序で連続する気筒は、異なるバンクに割り当てられるように割り当てられ、
第1の手段によって該気筒に燃料を調量し、該燃料を該内燃機関において燃焼し、
各バンク内ではすべての気筒に対し、相応の第1の手段を駆動制御するために共通のスイッチング手段と共通のコンデンサとが割り当てられており、
主噴射の後、燃焼後に上死点後から100°〜270°の間の領域で該第1の手段によって、該内燃機関へ事後噴射を行い、
該事後噴射によって噴射された燃料を、排ガス事後処理のための第2の手段へ供給し、該第2の手段によって、該燃料を使用して排ガスの反応を行うことを特徴とする制御方法
によって解決される。
次に自発点火形内燃機関の例に即して本発明の装置を説明する。上記装置では燃料調量が電磁弁により制御される。図1に示す実施例は、所謂コモンレイルシステム;Common−Rail−Systemに関する。本発明の手段は、そのようなシステムに限定されるものでなく、相応の燃料調量が可能なすべてのシステムにおいて使用できる。このことは電磁弁により制御される燃料調量システムに就いても成立つ。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関(100)の制御方法において、
該内燃機関(100)において気筒は少なくとも2つのバンクに割り当てられ、かつ、点火順序で連続する気筒は、異なるバンクに割り当てられるように割り当てられ、
第1の手段(120,121,122および123)によって該気筒に燃料を調量し、該燃料を該内燃機関(100)において燃焼し、
各バンク内ではすべての気筒に対し、相応の第1の手段(120,121,122および123)を駆動制御するために共通のスイッチング手段(210,220)と共通のコンデンサ(260,265)とが割り当てられており、
主噴射の後、燃焼後に上死点後から100°〜270°の間の領域で該第1の手段(120,121,122および123)によって、該内燃機関へ事後噴射を行い、
該事後噴射によって噴射された燃料を、排ガス事後処理のための第2の手段(115)へ供給し、該第2の手段(115)によって、該燃料を使用して排ガスの反応を行うことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記事後噴射を、相応の気筒の上死点後120°〜150°の領域にて行う、請求項1記載の制御方法。
- 4つの気筒を有する内燃機関の場合、前記事後噴射を、相応の気筒の上死点後200〜240°の角度領域で行う、請求項1記載の制御方法。
- n番目ごとの主噴射の終了後に事後噴射を行い、ここではnは≧2の整数であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の制御方法。
- 内燃機関の制御装置において、
該内燃機関において気筒は少なくとも2つのバンクに割り当てられており、かつ、点火順序で連続する気筒は、異なるバンクに割り当てられており、
該内燃機関は、
・該内燃機関(100)において燃焼される燃料を該気筒に調量する第1の手段(120,121,122および123)と、
・排ガス事後処理を行う第2の手段(115)
とを有し、
主噴射後に相応の気筒の上死点後100〜270°の間の領域において、該内燃機関の第1の手段(120,121,122および123)によって、該気筒への事後噴射が行われ、該事後噴射によって噴射された燃料は該第2の手段(115)へ供給されるように構成されており、
各バンク内ではすべての気筒に対し、相応の第1の手段(120,121,122および123)を駆動制御するために共通のスイッチング手段(210,220)と共通のコンデンサ(260,265)とが割り当てられていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記第1手段は、コモンレイルシステム(Common−Rail−System)である、請求項5記載の制御装置。
