Abstract

제안된 내연 기관의 제어 방법 및 장치에서, 내연 기관의 제1수단은 연료를 조량하고, 상기 연료는 내연 기관에서 연소된다. 또한 제2수단은 배기 가스를 처리한다. 사후 분사를 행하고, 상기 사후 분사에서 상기 제1수단은 연소후 연료를 조량하고, 상기 연료는 배기 가스의 사후 처리를 위한 수단으로 반응한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내연기관의 제1수단에 의해 연료를 조량하고 상기 연료는 내연기관에서 연소되며, 제2수단에 의해 배기가스 처리를 수행하도록 한 내연기관의 제어 방법에 있어서, 사후분사를 수행하고 상기 사후분사에서는 상기 제1수단은 연소후 연료를 조량하고, 상기 연료는 배기가스 사후처리를 위한 수단으로서 반응하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사후분사는 상응하는 실린더, 기통의 상사점 후 100° 내지 270°의 영역내에서 예를 들자면 상사점후 120° 내지 150°의 영역에서 수행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 4개의 실린더, 기통을 갖춘 내연기관의 경우 사후분사는 상응하는 실린더, 기통의 상사점후 200° 내지 240˝´의 각도 영역에서 수행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예를 들어 4 또는 6 실린더, 기통을 갖춘 내연기관의 경우 실린더, 기통은 두개 이상의 뱅크에 할당 설치되고 여기에서 점화순서 차례대로 연속하는 실린더, 기통이 여러 가지 뱅크에 할당 설치되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예를 들어 8 실린더, 기통이 부착된 내연기관의 경우 각 실린더, 기통은 두개 이상의 뱅크에 할당 설치되고, 여기에서 점화순서 차례대로 연속되는 두개의 실린더, 기통이 같은 뱅크에 할당설치되고 두개의 후속 실린더, 기통이 다른 뱅크에 할당 설치되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 n번째의 조량 때에만 사후분사를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 방법.
  7. 내연기관에 연료를 조량하는 제1수단을 갖추고, 상기 연료는 내연기관에서 연소되며, 배기가스 처리를 실시하는 제2수단을 갖추고 있는 내연기관의 제어 장치에 있어서, 사후분사를 수행하도록 구성되어 있고, 상기 사후분사에서는 상기 제1수단은 연소후 연료를 조량하고 상기 연료는 배기가스의 사후 처리를 위한 수단으로 반응하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단은 공통 레일 시스템(Common-Rail-System)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어 장치.
