Abstract
味が良く、飲み易いものであると共に、体内で吸収し易いもずくエキス入りの健康食品飲料を提供する。
【解決手段】
もずくを主成分とし、これにもろみ酢及び黒糖及び適宜の飲料水を加えて混ぜ合わせ、攪拌加熱処理すると同時に、これを静電誘導装置により、一定時間交流電圧を印加し、静電誘導作用により上記の溶液の分子を微細化し、その後殺菌処理して成る、健康食品飲料とした。もずくのエキス、即ちフコイダンを抽出するに際し、静電誘導反応装置を用いて交流高圧電界による静電誘導作用に加えて、電磁気的な交流磁場を同時にもろみ酢、及びもずくに作用させ、電子、原子、分子レベルでの作用を通じて、フコイダンを体内吸収し易い分子量にした。上記飲料水に代えて、後述の静電誘導水を用いても良い。

Description
上記もずく、もろみ酢、黒糖及び静電誘導水を用いて、もずくのエキスの抽出等を行う。まず、もずく1kgに、静電誘導水1リットル、黒糖入りもろみ酢720mlを配合して容器に入れ、これに交流2500Vを24時間印加しながら、又は印加した後、70〜80°Cで加熱しつつ攪拌し、遠心分離機により5000回転/1分の回転で遠心分離し、その後、うわずみを取り出し、これを120°Cのオートクレープに入れて20分間加熱し、配合液A(図1では丸1で示す)を作る。また、黒糖500g、静電誘導水1リットル、琉球黒酢720mlを容器に入れ、これに交流2500Vを24時間印加し、その後、100°Cで2〜3分間加熱し、これを120°Cのオートクレープに入れて20分間加熱して配合液B(図1では丸2で示す)を作る。そして、これらの配合液A及びBを混ぜて、この発明の健康食品飲料が出来上がる。

- もずくを主成分とし、これにもろみ酢、黒糖、及び水を混ぜてこの溶液を静電誘導装置により、一定時間交流電圧を印加してこの静電誘導処理作用によりこの溶液の分子を微細化し、これと同時に、又は印加後に攪拌加熱し、その後殺菌処理して成ることを特徴とする、健康食品飲料。
