Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンブロワを、内部にファンが収容されたボリュートケースを有している遠心ブロワと、遠心ブロワに取り付けられてファンを駆動するエンジン4と、エンジン4にインシュレータ40を介して取り付けられたキャブレタ5と、エンジン4とキャブレタ5とを電気的に導通するリードワイヤ7とを含んで構成した。これにより、エンジン4とキャブレタ5との間の電位差をなくすことができるので、ボリュートケースや風管に静電気が蓄積されても、エンジン4とキャブレタ5との間で放電が発生することを防止することができ、点火ユニット中の電子回路が放電により影響を受けて点火タイミングがずれてしまうことを防ぐことができる。

Description
図1は、本実施形態に係るエンジンブロワ1を示す正面図、図2は、エンジンブロワ1の平面図、図3は、エンジンブロワ1の要部を示す斜視図である。
スロットルアジャスタ8は、インナーワイヤ60を被覆するアウターチューブ62の端部に取り付けられている金属キャップ63が挿入されるアジャスタボルト81と、アジャスタボルト81に螺合されるナット82と、アジャスタボルト81が螺合される鍔56とを備えて構成されている。鍔56は、キャブレタ5の上端に設けられた金属板である。金属キャップ63には、インナーワイヤ60の径と略等しい径(わずかに大きい径)の孔64が穿設され、この孔64にインナーワイヤ60が挿通されている。リードワイヤ7の他端側の圧着端子72は、アジャスタボルト81に挿通され、ナット82と鍔56との間に挟まれることにより、スロットルアジャスタ8に取り付けられている。

Claims (2)
- 内部にファンが収容されたボリュートケースを有している遠心ブロワと、
前記遠心ブロワに取り付けられて前記ファンを駆動するエンジンと、
前記エンジンにインシュレータを介して取り付けられたキャブレタと、
前記エンジンとキャブレタとを電気的に導通するリードワイヤとを備えている
ことを特徴とするエンジンブロワ。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジンブロワにおいて、
前記キャブレタのスロットルレバーに一端側が連結されているとともに、他端側が作業者操作用のアクセルレバーに連結されて前記キャブレタのバルブ開度を調整するスロットルケーブルを備え、
前記スロットルケーブル内のインナーワイヤが前記リードワイヤと導通している
ことを特徴とするエンジンブロワ。
