Abstract
【解決手段】塗料漏れ検知装置31は、塗料カートリッジ11における塗料室13から塗料押出液室14への塗料漏れを検知する。塗料カートリッジ11は塗料充填装置21に着脱可能に取り付けられ、塗料室13及び塗料押出液室14は変形可能な区画体12を隔てて互いに区画される。また、塗料漏れ検知装置31は、塗料漏れに起因する塗料押出液中の混入物を検知する混入物検知手段33を備える。従って、塗料押出液の汚染を早期に発見できる。

Claims (6)
- 変形または変位可能な区画体を隔てて互いに区画される塗料室及び塗料押出液室を有し、塗料充填装置に着脱可能に取り付けられる塗料カートリッジにおける前記塗料室から前記塗料押出液室への塗料漏れを検知する装置であって、塗料漏れに起因する塗料押出液中の混入物を検知する混入物検知手段を備えたことを特徴とする塗料漏れ検知装置。
- 前記塗料は静電塗装用水性塗料であり、前記塗料押出液は前記塗料と比重差がある絶縁性の油性透明液体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗料漏れ検知装置。
- 1つの被塗装物の塗装に必要な塗料の使用量以上の容量を有する有底容器と、前記有底容器を挟んでその底部外周側に対向配置された投光器及び光検出器からなる前記混入物検知手段と、前記塗料押出液を前記有底容器内に導くための導入管と、前記塗料押出液を前記有底容器の外部に排出するための排出管と
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗料漏れ検知装置。 - 1つの被塗装物の塗装に必要な塗料の使用量以上の容量を有する有底容器と、前記有底容器を挟んでその上部外周側に対向配置された投光器及び光検出器からなる前記混入物検知手段と、前記塗料押出液を前記有底容器内に導くための導入管と、前記塗料押出液を前記有底容器の外部に排出するための排出管と
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗料漏れ検知装置。 - 変形または変位可能な区画体を隔てて互いに区画される塗料室及び塗料押出液室を有する塗料カートリッジが着脱可能に取り付けられるカートリッジ取付部を設け、前記塗料カートリッジの取付時に塗料を前記塗料室内に導く塗料充填経路を設けた塗料充填装置と、
前記塗料押出液を溜めておくための塗料押出液貯留容器と、
前記塗料押出液室から排出される前記塗料押出液を、前記塗料充填装置を介して前記塗料押出液貯留容器に戻す塗料押出液戻り経路と、
前記塗料押出液戻り経路上に設置された請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の塗料漏れ検知装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする塗料充填システム。 - 前記塗料押出液戻り経路上において前記塗料漏れ検知装置の下流側または前記塗料押出液貯留容器に設置され、前記塗料押出液中に異物として含まれる塗料成分を比重差を利用して除去する異物除去装置をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の塗料充填システム。
