Abstract
【解決手段】本回転式圧縮機は、1シリンダ型の回転式圧縮機2のシリンダ室12の内径をDcy、シリンダ10の高さをH、回転軸4の偏心部4cの軸径をDcr、回転軸4の偏心部4cとローラ13との軸方向の摺動長さ(接触長さ)をLとしたとき、H/Dcy≦0.4、L/Dcr≧0.6となるようにする。

H/Dcy≦0.4、 L/Dcr≧0.6
に設定したものである。効率向上には、L/Dcrをある程度大きくする必要があり、H/Dcyを小さくすると、L/Dcrは大きくとりづらいという問題があるが、本発明によれば、効率の低下を招くことなく、Dcy、L、Dcrの値を設定することが可能であり、ローラ−シリンダ間サイドにおけるリーク量の低減、ブレードまわりの摺動損失の低減及び偏心軸部摺動損失の低減を図って、回転式圧縮機の高効率化を図ることができる。

Claims (5)
- シリンダ室を形成するシリンダと、回転軸の偏心部に係合してシリンダ室内を偏心回転するローラとを有する圧縮機構部を1個備えた1シリンダ型の回転式圧縮機において、前記シリンダ室の内径をDcy、シリンダの高さをH、回転軸の偏心部の軸径をDcr、回転軸の偏心部とローラとの軸方向の摺動長さ(接触長さ)をLとしたとき、H/Dcy≦0.4、L/Dcr≧0.6となるようにしたことを特徴とする回転式圧縮機。
- シリンダ室を形成するシリンダと、回転軸の偏心部に係合してシリンダ室内を偏心回転するローラとを有する圧縮機構部を2個備えた2シリンダ型の回転式圧縮機において、前記シリンダ室の内径をDcy、シリンダの高さをH、回転軸の偏心部の軸径をDcr、回転軸の偏心部とローラとの軸方向の摺動長さ(接触長さ)をLとしたとき、H/Dcy≦0.3、L/Dcr≧0.5となるようにしたことを特徴とする回転式圧縮機。
- 前記回転軸の主軸部を支持する主軸受と前記回転軸の副軸部を支持する副軸受を備え、副軸部と副軸受間に転がり軸受を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記回転軸の主軸部を支持する主軸受と前記回転軸の副軸部を支持する副軸受を備え、前記回転軸の偏心部にローラを係合させた後に、回転軸の副軸部に円筒状のブッシュを外嵌固定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張装置と、蒸発器とを備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
