Abstract

Claims (11)
- 以下の要素:
レーザーエネルギーを出力するレーザー源;
前記レーザーエネルギーの測定量に応じて測定信号を出力する、前記レーザーエネルギーを検出する光センサー;
前記レーザーエネルギーを受けて前記レーザーエネルギーを所定位置に向ける光デバイスであって、さらに前記レーザーエネルギーの第1部分を前記光センサーの方へ反射する光デバイス;及び
前記光センサーからの前記測定信号を受けるコントローラーであって、前記レーザーエネルギーの前記第1部分を計算し、前記レーザー源を調整して、前記所定位置で所定量のレーザーエネルギーを得るように、前記光デバイスから反射する前記レーザーエネルギーの前記第1部分を補正するコントローラー;
を含んでなる、レーザー源を制御するためのフィードバック制御システム。 - 前記光デバイスが波導管である、請求項1に記載のフィードバック制御システム。

- 第1パーツを第2パーツに溶着する際に使うためのレーザーエネルギーを出力するレーザー源をキャリブレーションする方法であって、以下の工程を含む方法:
前記レーザー源を初期パワーレベルパーセンテージ、%P初期で活性化してレーザーエネルギーを出力し、前記レーザーエネルギーを初期光フィードバック信号、V初期として測定する工程;
前記レーザー源をパーツパワーレベルパーセンテージ、%Pパーツで活性化してレーザーエネルギーを出力し、該レーザーエネルギーを前記第1パーツと前記第2パーツの少なくとも一方のパーツに向け、前記レーザーエネルギーをパーツフィードバック信号、Vパーツとして測定する工程;
下記関係式:
に従って、補正制御値、V補正を決定する工程;及び
前記補正制御値、V補正に応じて前記レーザー源を制御する工程。 - さらに以下の工程:
