Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの絶縁体部の内部に延在する少なくとも1つの導体部を備え、少なくとも1つの絶縁体部がポリマーと繊維状フィロ珪酸塩を含有する耐火性組成物で構成されることを特徴とするケーブル。
- 少なくとも1つの絶縁体部の内部に延在する少なくとも1つの導体部を備え、さらに少なくとも1つの保護用シースを備え、当該保護用シースがポリマーと繊維状フィロ珪酸塩を含有する耐火性組成物で構成されることを特徴とするケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物の繊維状フィロ珪酸塩は、海泡石、パリゴルスキー石、アタバルジャイト、カリフェリサイト、ロフナイト、及びファルコンドアイトのなかから選択され、好適には海泡石であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は、ポリマー100重量部に対して60重量部未満の繊維状フィロ珪酸塩、好適には海泡石を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物はポリマー100重量部に対して5〜30重量部の繊維状フィロ珪酸塩、好適には海泡石を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物のポリマーは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体(EPR)、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン3元重合体(EPDM)、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)、エチレン−アクリル酸メチル共重合体(EMA)、エチレン−アクリル酸エチレン共重合体(EEA)、エチレン−アクリル酸ブチル共重合体(EBA)、エチレン−オクテン共重合体、エチレン系重合体、プロピレン系重合体、及び上記成分の任意の混合物のなかから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は、極性化合物をグラフト重合した少なくとも1つの重合体を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は、少なくとも1つの極性単量体に由来する少なく1つの共重合体を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は、金属水酸化物、金属酸化物、金属炭酸塩、タルク、カオリン、カーボンブラック、シリカ、珪酸塩、ホウ酸塩、スズ酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、グラファイト、リン系化合物、及びハロゲン化難燃材のなかから選択された少なくとも1つの化合物で構成される2次的なフィラーを含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は、ポリマー100重量部に対して1200重量部未満である2次フィラーを含有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は、ポリマー100重量部に対して150〜200重量部の2次フィラーを含有することを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載のケーブル。
- 上記耐火性組成物は抗酸化剤、紫外線安定剤、及び潤滑剤のなかから選択された少なくとも1つの添加物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項記載のケーブル。
