R2、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7は、それぞれ、互いに独立に、水素原子もしくはハロゲン原子若又は(C1−C4)アルキル基、(C1−C4)アルコキシ基若しくはトリフルオロメチル基を表し;
Rは、(C1−C4)アルキル基又はベンジル基を表す。)
の化合物の調製方法であって、
式:
W、R1、R2、R3及びR4は、(I)に対して定義されているとおりであり;
Yは、置換されていないか、又はメチル基、クロロ基若しくはニトロ基で置換されている、(C1−C4)アルキル基、(C1−C4)ペルフルオロアルキル基又はフェニル基を表す。)
の化合物と、溶媒中で、塩基性溶媒中の触媒の存在下において反応させることを特徴とする、調製方法である。
上で定義されている式(II)のフェニルボロン酸誘導体を、式:
上で定義されている式(II)のフェニルボロン酸誘導体が、式:
Wは、−COOR基又は−基CNを表し;
Yは、置換されていない、又はメチル基、クロロ基若しくはニトロ基で又は置換されている、(C1−C4)アルキル基、(C1−C4)ペルフルオロアルキル基又はフェニル基を表し;
R1は、水素原子若しくはハロゲン原子又は(C1−C4)アルキル基を表し;
R2、R3及びR4は、それぞれ、互いに独立に、水素原子若しくはハロゲン原子又は(C1−C4)アルキル基、(C1−C4)アルコキシ基若しくはトリフルオロメチル基を表し;
Rは、(C1−C4)アルキル基又はベンジル基を表す。)
の化合物である。
トルエン100ml中の2,4−ジクロロフェニルヒドラジンヒドロクロリド12.6gを窒素下に置き、撹拌後、2−メチル−3−オキソコハク酸ジエチル10gを添加し、次いで、この混合物を加熱し、TFA5mlを、55℃で添加した。撹拌しながら、溶媒を4時間半還流して、前記混合物を放置する。前記混合物を室温に戻し、次いで、75℃に加熱して、この反応媒体を水30mlで加水分解した。沈殿によって、この混合物を分離し、水相を廃棄して、次いで、有機相を蒸発させ、残りのTFAを除去した。トルエン10mlで、前記有機相を採取し、目的生成物を結晶化する。m=10.2g。

R1は、水素原子若しくはハロゲン原子又は(C1−C4)アルキル基を表し;
R2、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7は、それぞれ、互いに独立に、水素原子もしくはハロゲン原子若又は(C1−C4)アルキル基、(C1−C4)アルコキシ基若しくはトリフルオロメチル基を表し;
Rは、(C1−C4)アルキル基又はベンジル基を表す。)
の化合物の調製方法であって、

のフェニルボロン酸誘導体を、
式:
W、R1、R2、R3及びR4は、(I)に対して定義されているとおりであり;
Yは、置換されていないか、又はメチル基、クロロ基若しくはニトロ基で置換されている、(C1−C4)アルキル基、(C1−C4)ペルフルオロアルキル基又はフェニル基を表す。)
の化合物と反応させることを特徴とする、前記調製方法。
