Claims (4)
- 駆動歯車が組み合わされたクランクシャフトであり、両部品が一体部品として鋳造され、クランクシャフトと歯車とが異なる硬度を示すクランクシャフトであって、
両部品が、オーステンパーダクタイル鋳鉄(ADI)から製造されること、及び、前記歯車の硬度が、ピーニングによってさらに増大され、及び/又は、局所的に、耐摩擦磨耗性が、炭化物含有被膜の適用によって増大されることを特徴とするクランクシャフト。 - 駆動歯車が組み合わされたクランクシャフトの製造方法であり、両部品が一体部品として鋳造される方法であって、
オーステンパーダクタイル鋳鉄(ADI)に好適なベース合金が鋳造材料として用いられかつ熱処理されること、前記熱処理が局所的に異なるように調節されること、及び、局所的に、硬度がピーニングによってさらに増大され、及び/又は、局所的に、耐摩擦磨耗性が、炭化物含有被膜の適用によって増大されることを特徴とする方法。 - チル鋳造を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のクランクシャフトのディーゼル車への使用。
