Claims (7)
- ワークピース(3)の機械加工のためのフレーム(2)を有し、且つ、工具ホルダ(4)の下方に据付けられたワークピース支持具(5)に対して三本の軸方向(x,y,z)に直線で工具ホルダ(4)を移動させることができるように据付けられた工具ホルダ(4)を有する機械加工装置(1)であって、ワークピース支持具(5)は、それが少なくとも一本の軸(A,B)まわりにワークピース(3)を旋回させることができるように構成される機械加工装置において、
ワークピース保持テーブル(6)がワークピース支持具(5)をまたぎ、かくしてフレーム(2)にしっかりと取付けることができるように構成されるワークピース保持テーブル(6)によって特徴付けられる機械加工装置。 - 互いに垂直な二本の軸(A,B)であって、一本の軸は旋回軸(A)であり、他方の軸は回転軸(B)である二本の軸に沿って、ワークピース支持具(5)がワークピース(3)を移動させることができるように、ワークピース支持具(5)が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械加工装置。
- ワークピース保持テーブル(6)が、ねじ接続(10)によってフレーム(2)に取付けられることができることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の機械加工装置。
- ワークピース保持テーブル(6)が、その横方向末端部に二つの突出アーム(11)を有し、それを用いてフレーム(2)にワークピース保持テーブル(6)を取付けることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の機械加工装置。
- ワークピース保持テーブル(6)は、複数の固定要素(13)、特にT溝を、機械加工装置(1)に据付けられたときに工具ホルダ(4)に面する側面(12)に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の機械加工装置。
- ワークピース保持テーブル(6)が、鋳造構造物として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の機械加工装置。
- 機械加工装置がフライス盤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の機械加工装置。
