Claims (11)
- 火炉の内部壁(1)のための防護システム用の熱防護体(5)であって、
前面(7)、後面(8)、及び前記前面(7)と前記後面(8)とを接続する周囲面(11、12、13、14)を有する熱防護体(5)において、
- 前記熱防護体(5)が、その後面(8)に、保持要素(4)に適合するための少なくとも一つの溝(6)を有し、
- 前記溝(6)が、周囲面(14)に開いた第一表面端部(6a)と、前記後面(8)の内部に配置される第二表面端部(6b)とを有し、
- 前記溝(6)が、前記後面(8)から前記前面(7)の方向に広がる断面を有する、
火炉の内部壁(1)のための防護システム用の熱防護体(5)。 - 前記熱防護体(5)が、板の形状をなしている、請求項1に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記溝の断面が、前記後面(8)から前記前面(7)の方向に段階的に広がる、請求項1又は2に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記溝(6)が、T字形状の断面を有する、請求項3に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記溝の断面が、後面(8)から前記前面(7)の方向に連続的に広がる、請求項1又は2に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記溝(6)が、台形の断面を有する、請求項5に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記溝の断面が、前記周囲面(14)から内部方向に向かって、前記溝(6)の長手方向に先細りする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記熱防護体(5)が、セラミック材料、好ましくはシリコンカーバイドから製造される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱防護体。
- 少なくとも一つの周囲面(11、12、13、14)が、前記前面(7)に本質的に平行に延びる段状を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱防護体。
- 前記後面(8)が、前記火炉壁(1)の外形に適合される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の熱防護体。
- ボイラチューブ壁(1)のための防護システムであって、
前記ボイラチューブ壁(1)から突出る少なくとも一つの保持要素(4)と、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の前記保持要素(4)によって保持される、少なくとも一つの熱防護体(5)とを備える防護システムにおいて、
前記保持要素(4)が、前記溝(6)の断面に一致する自由端部(4a)を有する、
