Abstract
簡単な形式で適切な修正データ或いは特性曲線を作成させる方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】
少なくとも一つの外部供給圧縮ユニット(1,1’)と圧力センサー(9,10,10' ,10" ,10”’)を備える装置に於いてアナログ制御する電気駆動可能な液圧弁(2,2’,3,3’,3”,3”’)の弁修正する方法及び圧力制御装置が記載されており、その装置は幾つかの圧力制御回路(A,B,C,D)並びに特に幾つかのブレーキ回路 (I. ,II. )から成り、少なくとも幾つかの圧力制御回路がこの回路に連動
された圧力センサーと出入口弁に接続されている。この方法では、幾つかの修正ルーチンは自動的に形成した修正データを発生させて記憶するように実施され、そして各修正ルーチン中、 或いは各修正ルーチンに先立って、外部供給圧縮ユニット(1,1’)は少なくとも一つの圧力制御回路(A,B,C,D)における圧力を発生させ、一つ或いは幾つかのアナログ制御液圧弁用の測定データは発生した圧力を使用することによって記録される。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つの外部供給圧縮ユニット(1,1’)と圧力センサー(9,10,10' ,10" ,10”’)を包含する装置であって、その装置は幾つかの圧力制御回路(A,B,C,D)並びに特に幾つかのブレーキ回路 (I. ,II. )から成り、少なくとも幾つかの圧力制御回路がこの回路に連動された圧力センサーと出
入口弁に接続されている、装置、特に電気液圧式圧力制御装置(11)においてアナログ制御する電気作動液圧弁(2,2’,3,3’,3”,3”’)の弁修正方法において、幾つかの修正ルーチンは自動的に形成した修正データを発生させて記憶するように実施され、そして各修正ルーチン中、 或いは各修正ルーチンに先立って、外部供給圧縮ユニット(1,1’)は少なくとも一つの圧力制御回路(A,B,C,D)における圧力を発生させ、一つ或いは幾つかのアナログ制御液圧弁用の測定データは発生した圧力を使用することによって記録されることを特徴とする方法。 - 第一圧力制御回路(A)は圧力アキュムレータとして使用され、弁の修正データは第一回路と違っている少なくとも一つの別の圧力制御回路(B)に記録されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 修正すべき弁(3’)を備える少なくとも一つの別の回路において圧力が外力供給された圧力発生装置によって発生され、この場合にこの圧力は第一回路における圧力より低いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 修正データは差圧或いはその差圧から誘導され得る変数から成り、弁の開放電流が測定される差圧は同じ弁を開放することによって最初に調整され、第一回路の液圧容積は別の回路へ放出され、それにより開放弁が再び完全範囲に閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 弁は弁電流の変動により請求項4により予め調整されて測定された差圧でゆっくりと開放され、開放電流は第一或いは別の回路における圧力又は差圧が一定所定程度だけ変更されたときに測定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 修正データを形成するために、幾つかの試験値及び幾つかの修正ルーチン又はそのいずれか一方が精度の改良のために或いは重複のために考慮されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 装置は請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するマイクロコンピュータから成ることを特徴とする走行動的制御システムの電子ブレーキシステムの圧力制御装置。
