Abstract
【解決手段】 ディスク構造の熱伝達体、特に過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)であって、2つの隣接するディスク(2)が間隙を画成し、前記間隙が熱伝達媒体または冷却すべき、あるいは加熱すべき第2の媒体によって貫流される熱伝達体において、熱伝達媒体および/または第2の媒体の流入および/または流出領域(26)が、少なくとも流出側ないし流入側で拡幅されていることを特徴とする熱伝達体。

Claims (13)
- ディスク構造の熱伝達体、特に過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)であって、2つの隣接するディスク(2)が間隙を画成し、前記間隙が熱伝達媒体または冷却すべき、あるいは加熱すべき第2の媒体によって貫流される熱伝達体において、
熱伝達媒体および/または第2の媒体の流入および/または流出領域(26)が、少なくとも流出側ないし流入側で拡幅されていることを特徴とする熱伝達体。 - 領域(26)が、ディスク幅の少なくとも3分の1にわたって、特に半分にわたってまっすぐに延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達体。
- 領域(26)が、ディスク幅の少なくとも一部にわたって垂直に、あるいは第2の媒体の平均的な流れ方向に対してほぼ横方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱伝達体。
- ディスク(2)の終端領域内の、第2の媒体のための開口部(23、24)が、終端領域のほぼ全面にわたって延びており、端縁領域(27、28)と、通路(5、6)が配置されている領域は、除外されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- ディスク(2)に共通の熱伝達媒体入口(9)と熱伝達媒体出口(11)が設けられており、それぞれ熱伝達媒体入口および/または出口(9ないし11)に少なくとも2つの熱伝達体媒体通路(5、6)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)に関してディスク(2)が、その長手軸に関して軸対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)に関してディスク(2)が、その横軸に関して軸対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体入口(9)および/または熱伝達媒体出口(11)が、分岐部(7)ないし合流部(10)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部および/または合流部(7ないし10)が、円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部(7)および/または合流部(10)の領域に、流れ方向に見て30°から90°の屈曲が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8または9のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部(7)の後方で2つの熱伝達媒体通路(5)へ移行する熱伝達媒体入口(9)が、熱伝達媒体通路(5)に対して平行に延びており、分岐部(7)の2つに分かれた部分はそれに対して垂直な平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 2つの熱伝達媒体通路(6)から合流部(10)へ移行する熱伝達媒体出口(11)が、熱伝達媒体通路(6)に対して平行に延びており、分岐部(7)の2つに分かれた部分はそれに対して垂直な平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体の、過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)またはオイルクーラーとしての使用。
