Abstract
【解決手段】 多数のディスク(2)およびそれぞれ熱伝達媒体入口(9)と熱伝達媒体出口(11)とを有し、2つの隣接するディスク(2)が間隙を画成し、前記間隙が熱伝達媒体によって貫流される、ディスク構造の熱伝達体、特に過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)において、それぞれ熱伝達媒体入口および/または出口(9ないし11)に、少なくとも2つの熱伝達体通路(5、6)が設けられていることを特徴とする熱伝達体。

Claims (10)
- 多数のディスク(2)およびそれぞれ熱伝達媒体入口(9)と熱伝達媒体出口(11)とを有し、2つの隣接するディスク(2)が間隙を画成し、前記間隙が熱伝達媒体によって貫流される、ディスク構造の熱伝達体、特に過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)において、
それぞれ熱伝達媒体入口および/または出口(9ないし11)に、少なくとも2つの熱伝達体通路(5、6)が設けられていることを特徴とする熱伝達体。 - 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)が、ディスク(2)の平面に対して垂直に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)に関してディスク(2)が、その長手軸に関して軸対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)に関してディスク(2)が、その横軸に関して軸対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体入口(9)および/または熱伝達媒体出口(11)が、分岐部(7)ないし合流部(10)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部および/または合流部(7ないし10)が、円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部(7)および/または合流部(10)の領域に、流れ方向に見て30°から90°の屈曲が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5と6のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部(7)の後方で2つの熱伝達媒体通路(5)に移行する熱伝達媒体入口(9)は、熱伝達媒体通路(5)に対して平行に延びており、分岐部(7)の2つに分かれた部分は、それに対して垂直な平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 2つの熱伝達媒体通路(6)から合流部(10)へ移行する熱伝達媒体出口(11)は、熱伝達媒体通路(6)に対して平行に延びており、分岐部(7)の2つに分かれた部分が、それに対して垂直な平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体の、過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)またはオイルクーラーとしての使用。
