Claims (7)
- 高温冷却液回路(HT)および低温冷却液回路(NT)と、
交互に積層され、一方では、上記高温冷却液回路(HT)および上記低温冷却液回路(NT)内の異なる温度レベルを有する二の冷却液(3,4)が、他方では、冷却対象の媒体(5)、特に給気が流通する複数の熱交換プレート(2)とを備えた積層プレート熱交換器(1)、特に給気冷却器であって、
上記熱交換プレート(2)は、上記高温冷却液回路(HT)を上記低温冷却液回路(NT)から隔てるための隔壁(6)を有し、
上記高温冷却液回路(HT)は、上記隔壁(6)に隣り合って設けられた中央高温冷却液入口(9)を有し、
上記低温冷却液回路(NT)は、上記隔壁(6)に隣り合って設けられた中央低温冷却液出口(10)を有し、
上記高温冷却液入口(9)および上記低温冷却液出口(10)は、共に、上記隔壁(6)によって分割された涙滴のような形状をなしており、
上記高温冷却液入口(9)は、円の一部のような形状を有し、
上記低温冷却液出口(10)は、1つの辺(12)が上記隔壁(6)によって形成された三角形状を有する
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。 - 請求項1において、
上記積層プレート熱交換器(1)は、向流冷却器として構成されている
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記熱交換プレート(2)は、周縁立ち上がりエッジ(11)を有していて、該周縁立ち上がりエッジ(11)を介して隣り合う上記熱交換プレート(2)とロウ付けされており、
上記隔壁(6)は、長手方向端部において上記エッジ(11)に接続されていて、該エッジ(11)と垂直をなしている
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記低温冷却液出口(10)の上記隔壁(6)に沿っていない2つの辺(13,14)は、上記隔壁(6)によって形成された上記1つの辺(12)に対して鋭角をなしていて、上記隔壁(6)から離れている側の長手方向端部において円形セグメント部(15)を介して互いに合流している
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。 - 請求項4において、
上記円形セグメント部(15)の領域に、上記低温冷却液(4)の流れ方向を変える障害部(16)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記高温冷却液入口(9)の外側輪郭と上記低温冷却液出口(10)の外側輪郭とは、互いに滑らかになるように並んでいる
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
高温冷却液出口(18)が、半円形状を有して媒体入口(7)周り、特に給気入口周りに設けられ、
および/または、
低温冷却液入口(17)が、半円形状を有して媒体出口(8)周り、特に給気出口周りに設けられている
ことを特徴とする積層プレート熱交換器。
