Claims (12)
- ディスク構造の熱伝達体とくに過給空気/冷却剤−クーラーであって、複数のディスク(2)が2つの隣接するディスク(2)で複数の間隙を画成し、これらの間隙が、熱伝達媒体または過給空気等の冷却すべき第2の媒体によって貫流されており、ディスク(2)が、第2の媒体のための通路(21)を形成する開口部(23)を有し、ディスク(2)の開口部(23)がディスク(2)の終端領域全体を占めており、第2の媒体の流入および/または流出用の領域(26)が、一方で、円弧形に拡幅されているとともに、他方で、ディスク(2)の幅の少なくとも3分の1にわたって、特に半分にわたって、まっすぐに延びており、熱伝達媒体の流入または流出のための2つの開口部(3、4)が流出側および流入側でそれぞれ互いに離間して設けられており、熱伝達媒体の流入または流出のための2つの開口部(3、4)の中心点よりもさらに互いに離間するように、第2の媒体の流入および/または流出用の領域(26)が配置されて、円弧形に拡幅された領域部分が熱伝達媒体の流入または流出のための2つの開口部(3、4)のところから突出していることを特徴とする熱伝達体。
- 第2の媒体の流入および/または流出用の領域(26)が、ディスク幅の少なくとも一部にわたって、第2の媒体の平均的な流れ方向に対してほぼ横切る方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達体。
- ディスク(2)の終端領域内の、第2の媒体のための開口部(23、24)が、前述の終端領域のほぼ全面にわたって延びており、端縁領域(27、28)と、通路(5、6)が配置されている領域は、除外されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱伝達体。
- ディスク(2)には、共通の熱伝達媒体入口(9)と熱伝達媒体出口(11)が設けられており、それぞれ熱伝達媒体入口および/または出口(9ないし11)には、少なくとも2つの熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)に関してディスク(2)が、その長手軸に関して軸対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体通路(5、6)に関してディスク(2)が、その横軸に関して軸対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 熱伝達媒体入口(9)および/または熱伝達媒体出口(11)が、分岐部(7)ないし合流部(10)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部および/または合流部(7ないし10)が円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部(7)および/または合流部(10)の領域には、流れ方向に見て30°から90°の屈曲が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7または8のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 分岐部(7)の後方で2つの熱伝達媒体通路(5)へ移行する熱伝達媒体入口(9)が、熱伝達媒体通路(5)に対して平行に延びており、分岐部(7)の2つに分かれた部分はそれに対して垂直な平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 2つの熱伝達媒体通路(6)から合流部(10)へ移行する熱伝達媒体出口(11)が、熱伝達媒体通路(6)に対して平行に延びており、分岐部(7)の2つに分かれた部分はそれに対して垂直な平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝達体の、過給空気/冷却剤−クーラー(1)またはオイルクーラーとしての使用。
