Abstract
Description
ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有し、一定のヒドロキシル価において高い数平均分子量を有するポリマーを結合剤として使用することにより得られる、上昇した開始強度並びに硬化したボンドラインの高い弾性、この際、縮合工程において全くゲル化は生じない。
不飽和アルコールから誘導された(メタ)アクリレート、例えばオレイル(メタ)アクリレート、2−プロピニル(メタ)アクリレート、アリル(メタ)アクリレート、ビニル(メタ)アクリレート;
アリール(メタ)アクリレート、例えばベンジル(メタ)アクリレートまたはフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ここでアリール基はそれぞれ非置換または4個まで置換されていてよい;
シクロアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、例えば3−ビニルシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ボルニル(メタ)アクリレート;
エーテルアルコールの(メタ)アクリレート、例えばテトラヒドロフルフリル(メタ)アクリレート、ビニルオキシエトキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート;
および多価の(メタ)アクリレート、例えばトリメチロイルプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、
並びにそれぞれの置換基でヒドロキシ官能化および/またはアミノ官能化および/またはメルカプト官能化した(メタ)アクリレートが属する。これには例えば3−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートおよび2−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレートが属する。
スチレン、側鎖にアルキル置換基を有する置換スチレン、例えばα−メチルスチレンおよびα−エチルスチレン、環にアルキル置換基を有する置換スチレン、例えばビニルトルエン、p−メチルスチレン、ハロゲン化スチレン、例えばモノクロロスチレン、ジクロロスチレン、トリブロモスチレンおよびテトラブロモスチレン;
複素環式ビニル化合物、例えば2−ビニルピリジン、3−ビニルピリジン、2−メチル−5−ビニルピリジン、3−エチル−4−ビニルピリジン、2,3−ジメチル−5−ビニルピリジン、ビニルピリミジン、9−ビニルカルバゾール、3−ビニルカルバゾール、4−ビニルカルバゾール、2−メチル−1−ビニルイミダゾール、ビニルオキソラン、ビニルフラン、ビニルチオフェン、ビニルチオラン、ビニルチアゾール、ビニルオキサゾール;ビニル−およびイソプレニルエーテル;
マレイン酸誘導体、例えば無水マレイン酸、無水メチルマレイン酸、マレイミド、メチルマレイミドおよび
ジエン、例えばジビニルベンゼン、並びにそれぞれのヒドロキシ官能化および/またはアミノ官能化および/またはメルカプト官能化化合物が属する。
一般的には、ATRPのための開始剤は、式Y−(X)mにより記載することができ、式中Yはポリマーを包含するコア分子である。基Yはラジカルを形成すると解される。基Xは移動する原子または原子群を表し、mは基Yの官能性に依存して1〜10の範囲の整数を表す。m>1の場合、種々の移動可能な原子群Xは異なる意味を有してよい。開始剤の官能性が>2である場合、星形のポリマーが得られる。有利な移動可能な原子もしくは原子群はハロゲン、例えばCl、Brおよび/またはIである。
Claims (20)
- 遊離イソシアネート基を有する化合物10〜80質量%、およびエチレン系不飽和モノマーを重合することにより得られる、ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマー20〜90質量%を含有する反応性ホットメルト接着剤を製造するための混合物において、ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーが1.9より小さい多分散性Dを有することを特徴とする、反応性ホットメルト接着剤を製造するための混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーがヒドロキシ官能化および/またはアミノ官能化および/またはメルカプト官能化モノマー1種または複数種と、ヒドロキシ−および/またはアミノ−および/またはメルカプト官能性を有さない、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸のアルキルエステル、ビニルエステル、ビニルエーテル、フマレート、マレエート、スチレンおよびアクリロニトリルからのモノマー1種または複数種とを共重合することにより得られる、請求項1記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーがガラス転移温度を15〜85℃の範囲に有する、請求項1記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーが5000g/モル以上で、100000g/モル以下の数平均分子量を有する、請求項2記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーが4以上で、80以下のヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項2記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーが5000g/モル以上で、25000g/モル以下の数平均分子量において、40以下のヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項4または5記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーの多分散性が分子量による分級により調節される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーを、1.8より小さい多分散性Dを可能にする重合機構により製造した、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーがアニオン重合、RAFTまたはATRPにより得られた、請求項8記載の混合物。
- 遊離イソシアネート基を有する化合物が低分子ジイソシアネートであり、かつ芳香族化合物を有する有機基を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 遊離イソシアネート基を有する化合物が、1種または複数種の低分子ポリイソシアネートと1種または複数種のポリヒドロキシ化合物とを縮重合してウレタン−プレポリマーにすることにより得られる、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 遊離イソシアネート基を有する化合物が、1種または複数種の低分子ポリイソシアネートと1種または複数種のポリアミノ−および/またはポリメルカプト−含有化合物とを、単独で、または1種または複数種のポリヒドロキシ化合物と一緒に、縮重合してウレタン−プレポリマーにすることにより得られる、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 反応性ホットメルト接着剤が1より大きく、3以下であるイソシアネート官能度を有する、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- 更に、添加物、例えば可塑剤、認容性の粘着付与剤、触媒、充填剤、抗酸化剤、顔料、安定剤、並びにチオール/シラン−ベースの接着促進剤を含有する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の混合物。
- ヒドロキシ基および/またはアミノ基および/またはメルカプト基を含有するポリマーと請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の混合物の遊離イソシアネート基を有する化合物との縮合反応により得られる反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 130℃で16時間後の粘度上昇が50%より小さい、請求項15記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 硬化後に、10質量%より少量の抽出可能な成分を有する、請求項15記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 400秒より長いオープンタイムを有する、請求項15記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 硬化後の剪断強さが10MPaより大きい、請求項15記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 木材表面、金属表面、プラスチック表面およびガラス表面またはこれらの組合せの接着のための本発明による反応性ホットメルト接着剤の使用。
