Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関のためのピストン(1)を作製する方法であって、
アルミニウムより成る、基本的に円筒形のベース(4)が設けられており、該ベース(4)の一方の端面が、ピストンヘッド(5)を形成しており、
ベース(4)の、ピストンヘッド(5)に向いていない下側に配置された、ボス孔(3)を有するピンボス(8)が設けられており、
該ピストンボス(8)を互い接続するシャフトエレメント(9)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
ベース(4)を鍛造法で作製し、ピストンヘッド(5)の半径方向外側の縁部領域内に切欠き(22)を成形し、
ニレジストより成るリング支持体(10)の、半径方向内側に位置する円筒形の面(12)に、基本的に円環状の、断面図で見てC字形の、半径方向外側へ開かれた、鋼薄板より製造された冷却通路(15)を溶接し、
冷却通路(15)を設けられたリング支持体(10)を、複合鋳込み法で、アルミニウムより成るリングエレメント(6)内へ鋳込み、該リングエレメント(6)に、前記切欠き(22)内に適合するような形状を付与し、
リングエレメント(6)を切欠き(22)内へ圧入し、ベース(4)に溶接し、
ピストン(1)に、切削による製造方法により最終形状を付与する、
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関のためのピストン(1)を作製する方法。 - ピストンヘッド(5)の半径方向外側の縁部領域内に、断面図で見て長方形の切欠き(22)を成形し、リングエレメント(6)に、前記切欠き(22)内に適合するような、断面図で見て長方形の形状を付与する、請求項1記載の、内燃機関のためのピストン(1)を作製する方法。
- リングエレメント(6)に、該リングエレメント(6)の半径方向内側に位置する表面が、ベース(4)と共に、ピストンヘッド(5)に向かって円錐状に延びる溶接継ぎ目(21)を形成するような形状を付与する、請求項1記載の、内燃機関のためのピストン(1)を作製する方法。
- リングエレメント(6)に、該リングエレメント(6)の、ボス孔(3)の方向に軸線方向に位置する表面が、ベース(4)と共に溶接継ぎ目(20)を形成しており、該溶接継ぎ目(20)が、半径方向の配向とは異なる配向を有する形成するような形状を付与する、請求項1又は3記載の、内燃機関のためのピストン(1)を作製する方法。
