Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM PISTãO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um pistão (1) para um motor de combustão interna, sendo que o corpo de base (4) é produzido de alumínio no processo de forja, um suporte anular (10) provido de um canal de refrigeração (15) é fundido no processo de fundição composto de um elemento anular (6) de alumínio, e em seguida o elemento anular (6) é soldado com o corpo de base (4).
