Abstract
Description
1.巻回型キャパシタ:金属薄層は巻回型キャパシタの場合にストリップとしての誘電体と一緒にしっかりと巻かれ、巻回物となる。大抵、巻回物は金属容器中に入れられ、湿気から保護するためにシール材で封止される。
1:二重層キャパシタ:電気エネルギーが電極表面上の電気二重層中に貯蔵される「典型的な」バリエーション。典型的な電極材料はここでは2500m2/gまでの極めて大きな表面積を有する黒鉛(天然、人工、ナノチューブ・・・)である。
3.金属酸化物キャパシタ:同様に、電極表面の迅速で可逆性のファラデープロトン化による擬キャパシタ特性。典型的な電極材料はここでは酸性電解質中のRuO2である。
Rx−Si(OR)4−x (I)
[式中、
x=1又は2であり、
R=有機基であり、その際、基Rは同じか又は異なっていてよい]
のアルキルアルコキシシラン少なくとも2種の異なる定着剤から成る混合物を有し、その際、定着剤は、双方の定着剤が、少なくともそれぞれ1つの反応性基を置換基として有するアルキル基を有するように選択され、その際、一方の定着剤のアルキル基上の反応性基と、他方の定着剤の反応性基とが、少なくとも1回の加熱の間に反応して共有結合を形成するか、又は、UV線の作用下に反応して共有結合を形成する反応性基を有する式Iによる1種以上の定着剤を添加し、その際、定着剤を添加した際にUV線の作用下で反応し、懸濁液をポリマー不織布(支持体)の上に施与した後に、少なくとも1つのUV線での処理を行うことが特徴的である。UV線での処理は、例えばUVランプにより行うことができ、その際、照射されたエネルギー量は、定着剤の架橋が生じるような大きさに選択されねばならない。良好な結果は、例えば0.1〜24時間、有利に1〜4時間に亘る水銀灯を用いた処理により達成される。UV線での処理は、少なくとも1回の加熱の前又は後に行うことができる。有利に、UV処理は、懸濁液をポリマー不織布(支持体)に施与した後に、及び懸濁液を1回加熱する前に行われる。
実施例1:本発明によるセパレータS450P
水130g及びエタノール15gにまず5質量%のHNO3水溶液30g、テトラエトキシシラン10g、メチルトリエトキシシラン2.5g及びDynasilan GLYMO7.5gを添加した。まず初めに数時間撹拌したこのゾルの中に、酸化アルミニウムMartoxid MZS-1及びMartoxid MZS-3それぞれ125gを懸濁させた。このスラリーを少なくとも更に24時間に亘ってマグネットスターラーで均質化し、その際、溶剤損失を生じさせないために撹拌容器を密閉しなければならなかった。
幅165mmの銅箔を、160mmの幅で、高活性炭(1200m2/g、例えばWinnacker-Kuechler (3.) 7, 93f. Z. Anal. Chem. 238,187-193 (1968)に記載されたBET法により得られた値)10gとNMP89g中のPVDF1gとから成る分散液で、連続的に、実施例1から明らかである巻き取り法(ベルト速度約30m/h、T=150℃)により被覆する。この材料を後で電極として使用する。
幅165mmの銅箔を、160mmの幅で、高活性炭(1200m2/g、BET法により測定した値)10gとNMP89g中のPVDF1gとから成る分散液で、連続的に、実施例1から明らかである巻き取り法(ベルト速度約30m/h、T=150℃)により被覆する。被覆を両面に並行して行う。
片面に分離層を備えた実施例3による電極から成る2つのセパレータ電極ユニットを巻回物に加工し、その際、その都度セラミック分離層は電極を相互に完全に分離することに留意しなければならない。この巻回物をアルミニウムケーシング(直径60mm、高さ172mm)中にはめ込み、電気的に外部電源接続と接続し、電解質(アセトニトリル中のホウフッ化テトラエチルアンモニウムからの濃縮溶液)を充填する。
Claims (21)
- 分離層を有するキャパシタにおいて、分離層が、支持体上に存在しかつ前記支持体と接着されており、かつ多孔質の無機の非導電性被覆であり、前記の被覆が、無機接着剤により相互にかつ支持体と接着された元素Al、Si及び/又はZrの化合物の粒子を含むことを特徴とするキャパシタ。
- 支持体が、製織されたか又は製織されていないポリマー繊維又はガラス繊維を含む、請求項1記載のキャパシタ。
- 支持体が柔軟であり、かつ50μm未満の厚さを有する、請求項2記載のキャパシタ。
- ポリマー繊維が、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリアミド、ポリエステル及び/又はポリオレフィンの繊維から選択されている、請求項2又は3記載のキャパシタ。
- 支持体がキャパシタ中の電極として適当な電極である、請求項1記載のキャパシタ。
- 支持体がキャパシタ中の電極として適当な多孔質の電極である、請求項5記載のキャパシタ。
- 分離層が、電極の細孔の平均孔径(d)よりも大きい平均粒径(Dg)を有する金属酸化物粒子を有し、前記の金属酸化物粒子は、多孔質電極の細孔よりも小さい粒径(Dk)を有する金属酸化物粒子により接着されている、請求項5又は6記載のキャパシタ。
- 分離層が100Dg未満でかつ1.5Dg以上である厚さ(z)を有する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 分離層が20Dg未満でかつ5Dg以上である厚さ(z)を有する、請求項8記載のキャパシタ。
- 多孔質の正極の細孔の平均孔径(d)よりも大きい平均粒径(Dg)を有する金属酸化物粒子がAl2O3粒子及び/又はZrO2粒子である、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 多孔質の正極の細孔の平均孔径(d)よりも小さい平均粒径(Dk)を有する金属酸化物粒子がSiO2粒子及び/又はZrO2粒子である、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 多孔質の電極の細孔の平均孔径(d)よりも大きい平均粒径(Dg)を有する金属酸化物粒子が10μm未満の平均粒径(Dg)を有する、請求項7から11までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 分離層が30〜70%の多孔率を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 無機接着剤が、元素Al、Si及び/又はZrの酸化物から選択されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 無機接着剤が平均粒径20nm未満の粒子を有しており、かつ、粒状のゾルを介して製造されたものであるか、又はポリマーのゾルを介して製造された酸化物の無機ネットワークを有する、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 付加的にケイ素を有する無機のネットワークが存在しており、その際、ネットワークのケイ素は酸素原子を介して無機被覆の酸化物に結合されており、かつ有機基を介してポリマー繊維を有する支持体に結合されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- セパレータ中に存在する元素Al、Si及び/又はZrの化合物の接着された粒子が、0.5〜10μmの平均粒径を有する、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 溶剤としてのプロピレンカーボナート、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド、γ−ブチロラクトン又はアセトニトリル、並びに伝導塩としてのテトラアルキルホスホニウム塩又はテトラアルキルアンモニウム塩から選択された非水性電解質を有する、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 懸濁液を支持体に施与し、前記懸濁液を少なくとも1回支持体の上及び中で加熱して硬化させることにより分離層を得ることができ、その際、懸濁液は無機接着剤としてのゾル及び元素Al、Zr及び/又はSiの酸化物から選択された酸化物粒子の少なくとも1つのフラクションを有する、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタ。
- 支持体上での懸濁液の加熱を、170〜280℃の温度で0.5〜10分間行う、請求項19記載のキャパシタ。
- 車両における電気エネルギー用貯蔵装置としての、請求項1から20までのいずれか1項記載のキャパシタの使用。
