Abstract
Description
本発明は、金型ブロック部分を使用して移動式金型を形成するタイプの製品成形装置に関する。
成型業界、特にパイプ成型業界では、製品としてパイプを形成する際に移動式金型を使用することは既知である。これらの移動式金型は、互いに係合して金型ブロックトンネルを画定する金型ブロック部分によって形成される。溶融プラスチックを押し出し機から移動式金型トンネルに送り込む。次に、金型ブロック部分は戻り経路として知られるものに沿って互いに分離して、移動式金型を作り直す(reentering)ために上流位置に戻る。プラスチック製品又はパイプが移動式金型の下流側端部から現れ、ここで金型ブロック部分は、それらの戻り経路へ移動する前に互いに分離する。
本発明は、移動式金型を有する成形装置であって、移動式金型を外側を取り囲む冷却空気に暴露する成形装置を提供する。これにより、上記問題が排除される。
図1は、全体的に1で表されているパイプ形成装置を示す。本装置全体は、装置の上流端部に押し出し機3を有する。この押し出し機は溶融プラスチックを供給し、それは全体的に5で表されている成型領域へ送られる。プラスチック製品、この場合はプラスチックパイプは、成型領域内で溶融プラスチックから成形される。次に、プラスチックパイプは成型領域を離れて、成型領域5の下流側に位置するクーラ17内でさらなる固化又は硬化が行われる。
Claims (17)
- 成形装置であって、溶融プラスチックを成形して内部に製品を形成するための移動式金型であって、空気ブロックハウジングによって包囲されて該移動式金型の外側の周囲に冷却室を画定する移動式金型と、前記ハウジングによって前記冷却室内に収容されて前記移動式金型に作用してそれの冷却を行う冷却空気の供給源とを備える成形装置。
- 成形装置であって、前記冷却空気の供給源は、少なくとも1つの冷却空気ユニットを備える、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 成形装置であって、前記冷却ユニットは、前記空気ブロックハウジングの内部に位置する、請求項2に記載の成形装置。
- 成形装置であって、前記冷却空気を前記冷却室内で循環させるための少なくとも1つのブロワを備える、請求項3に記載の成形装置。
- 前記冷却ユニットは、前記空気ブロックハウジングの外部に位置しており、前記装置は、前記ユニットから前記空気ブロックハウジングまでのダクト系統と、前記冷却空気を前記冷却ユニットから前記ダクト系統を介して前記空気ブロックハウジング内へ送り込むためのブロワとを備える、請求項2に記載の成形装置。
- 前記冷却空気の供給源は、前記冷却室の外部の冷却周囲空気から成り、前記装置は、前記ハウジングから前記冷却空気の供給源までのダクト系統を備える、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記冷却空気を前記供給源から前記ダクト系統を介して前記冷却室に送り込むためのブロワ手段を備える、請求項6に記載の成形装置。
- 前記空気ブロックハウジングは、断熱されて前記ハウジングを介した前記冷却空気の熱損失を最小限に抑える、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記ハウジングを介して前記移動式金型に通じるアクセスドアを備え、該アクセスドアも断熱されている、請求項8に記載の成形装置。
- 前記アクセスドアの開放を示すアラームを備える、請求項9に記載の成形装置。
- 前記ハウジングの一端部で前記移動式金型に入り込む押し出しダイツール(die tooling)を備え、さらに前記ダイツールを加熱するためのヒータを備えて前記ダイツールに対する前記冷却室内の前記冷却空気の効果を相殺する、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記移動式金型は、パイプコルゲータ(pipe corrugator)を備える、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記移動式金型は、前記冷却室内を垂直方向に通って移動する、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記移動式金型は、前記冷却室内を水平方向に通って移動する、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記空気ブロックハウジングの下流側に製品クーラを備え、該製品クーラは、前記移動式金型と一直線に並んで、該移動式金型からプラスチック製品を受け取り、且つ前記製品を取り囲むクーラハウジングと、該クーラハウジング内の熱交換器とを有しており、前記クーラハウジング内の前記熱交換器は冷却空気を与え、該冷却空気は前記クーラハウジング内に閉じ込められて前記製品が前記移動式金型から取り出された後に前記製品に作用する、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記冷却室内に位置する複数の熱交換器を備えており、該複数の熱交換器は、前記移動式金型の対向側部に位置する第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器を含む、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記移動式金型は、金型ブロック部分を備え、該金型ブロック部分は、閉鎖金型ブロック配置において前記冷却室内を下流方向に通って移動し、開放金型ブロック部分配置において前記冷却室の上流方向に移動し、前記装置は、前記移動式金型の第1側部及び第2側部に位置する第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器を備え、該第1熱交換器及び第2熱交換器は、前記閉鎖金型ブロック配置において前記金型ブロック部分に向けられ、さらに前記移動式金型の第3側部及び第4側部に位置する第3熱交換器及び第4熱交換器を備え、該第3熱交換器及び第4熱交換器は、前記開放金型ブロック部分配置において前記金型ブロック部分に向けられる、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
