Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 平面的なキャリア(1)、表面装飾物(3)、及び発泡中間層(2)を含むエアバッグを覆うための内装部品であって、エアバッグのための通し穴(5)は、前記キャリア(1)において窪んでおり、前記通し穴(5)を覆う挿入物(10)は、前記中間層(2)に適用され、前記通し穴(5)の縁(7)より片側において突き出ており、前記挿入物(10)と前記キャリア(1)の重複部分において、前記表面装飾物(3)及び前記挿入物(10)を含む前記中間層(2)によって形成されるエアバッグフラップ(13)ヒンジのヒンジとして働くことを特徴とし、さらに前記エアバッグフラップ(13)が折り開くとき、エアバッグの開く衝撃の強さによって決まるエネルギー量は、前記挿入物(10)を含む前記中間層(2)を、前記キャリア(1)から前記重複部分における前記縁(7)より解き放つことによって吸収されることを特徴とする、エアバッグを覆うための内装部品。
- 前記挿入物(10)は、発泡体が前記挿入物(10)と前記キャリア(1)との接合に効果を与えるよう、前記中間層(2)を形成する前記発泡体によって完全に満たされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内装部品。
- 前記挿入物(10)は、立体的な繊維、好ましくは糸を含む繊維から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 前記挿入物(10)は、前記通し穴の前記縁(7)に対向して位置し、前記重複部分の一端において、前記キャリア(1)に、好ましくは鋲止め又はネジ止めにより、固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 前記挿入物(10)及び/又は前記中間層(2)は、前記挿入物(10)が、ヒンジとしての機能を果たさない少なくとも一方において、前記通し穴(5)の前記縁(7)に沿って、弱められることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 薄膜、非織物及び/又は繊維は、前記挿入物(10)の後方に、設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 前記薄膜、前記非織物及び/又は前記繊維は、前記挿入物(10)に縫い付けられるか、又は接着されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の内装部品。
- 前記通し穴(5)の前記縁(7)に向かって横切る、前記重複部分は、少なくとも4cm、好ましくは少なくとも7cmの延長部をもつことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 計器パネル又は計器パネルの一部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 前記中間層(2)は、ポリウレタンフォーム及び/又はポリプロピレンによって製造される前記キャリアによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 前記キャリア(1)は、プラスチック及び/又はメタルフレーム(9)によって、前記通し穴(5)の前記縁において補強されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品の後方に設けられるエアバッグモジュール(6)を備えるエアバック配置。
- 前記挿入物(10)の後方に設けられるシーリング層(18)を備える前記挿入物は、前記通し穴(5)を覆い、その後空洞が、背後から発泡体を注入する技術を適用した前記表面装飾物(3)によって満たされるよう、背後から発泡体を注入された前記表面装飾物(3)と前記キャリア(1)との間に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の内装部品を製造する方法。
- 前記挿入物(10)及び/又は前記中間層(2)は、背後から発泡体を注入された後、前記通し穴(5)の前記縁(7)に沿って走る減衰部分(17)を提供される請求項13に記載の方法。
