Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ラジアルカーカス補強体(2)を有し、該補強体(2)の半径方向外方には少なくとも2つのワーキングプライ(4、5)からなるクラウン補強体(3)が載置され、クラウン補強体(3)はまた、軸線方向幅(Lm、Lm′)をもつ2つの付加子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)を備え、該子午線方向補強プライの軸線方向最内端部は距離(Lt)を隔てている。これらの付加プライ(6、7)は周方向に対して60°より大きい角度を形成する複数の補強要素を備えている。クラウン補強体はまた、少なくとも1つの周方向補強体(8)を備え、該補強体(8)の補強要素は赤道平面に対して10°以下の角度を形成している構成のタイヤ(1)に関する。

Description
子午線方向補強プライの軸線方向最外端部(A、A′)は、最小幅ワーキングプライの軸線方向最外端部より軸線方向内方にあり、
子午線方向補強プライと半径方向に一致する領域における周方向補強体の周方向の引っ張り剛性は、子午線方向補強プライが存在しない領域における前記周方向補強体の引っ張り剛性よりも小さいことを特徴とする。
各タイヤについて、子午線方向補強プライの補強要素の方向の、子午線方向補強プライの単位長さ当りの平均圧縮剛性は1GPa(1.109Pa、すなわち1.109N/m2)より大きいことが好ましく、この剛性は、1つの補強要素の圧縮剛性に、プライの単位長さ当りの補強要素の数を掛けることにより求められる。
いかなる制限的意図ももたない例示実施形態が添付図面に示されている。
補強要素がポリエステルテクスタイルコードであるラジアルカーカス2と、
第一および第二ワーキングプライ4、5を有するクラウン3とを有し、これらのワーキングプライ4、5の補強要素は、1.25mmの平均間隔(この間隔は、同じプライにおける2つの補強要素間の平均距離に等しい)で各プライに配置された構造4−26(すなわち、直径0.26mmの4本のワイヤ)の金属コードである。カーカス2に半径方向に最も近い第一ワーキングプライ4の補強要素の角度は(周方向に対して)25°に等しいかこの角度に近く、かつ第二ワーキングプライ5の補強要素の角度は−25°に等しいかこの角度に近く、このため、前記第二プライ5の補強要素は第一プライ4の補強要素と交差する。
添付図面を参照して説明したことは制限的でないことはもちろんであり、特に、ワーキングプライの数は3つ以上にすることができる。

Claims (7)
- ラジアルカーカス補強体(2)を有し、該補強体(2)の半径方向外方には少なくとも2つのワーキングプライ(4、5)からなりかつ幅(Ls)をもつクラウン補強体(3)が載置され、各ワーキングプライは周方向に対して17〜35°の間の平均角度で配置された複数の補強要素からなり、一方のワーキングプライの補強要素は他方のワーキングプライの補強要素に対して交差しており、クラウン補強体(3)はまた、軸線方向幅(Lm、Lm′)をもつ2つの付加子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)を備え、該子午線方向補強プライの軸線方向最内端部は距離(Lt)を隔てておりかつ軸線方向最外端部は距離(Le)を隔てており、これらの付加プライ(6、7)は周方向に対して60°より大きい角度を形成する複数の補強要素を備え、クラウン補強体はまた、全幅(L8)をもつ少なくとも1つの周方向補強体(8)を備え、該補強体(8)の補強要素は赤道平面に対して10°以下の角度を形成している構成のタイヤ(1)において、
周方向補強体(8)の全幅(L8)は、少なくとも、2つの付加子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)の軸線方向最外端部間の距離(Le)に等しく、
子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)の軸線方向最外端部は、最小幅ワーキングプライ(5)の軸線方向最外端部より軸線方向内方にあり、
子午線方向補強プライと半径方向に一致する領域における周方向補強体(8)の周方向の引っ張り剛性は、子午線方向補強プライが存在しない領域における前記補強体(8)の引っ張り剛性よりも小さいことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)間の軸線方向距離(Lt)は、大きくても、クラウンの幅(Ls)の15%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記子午線方向プライ(6、7)の幅(Lm、Lm′)は、クラウンの幅(Ls)の37〜49%の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)は、タイヤの赤道平面の両側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のタイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強体は、ワーキングプライの半径方向外方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載のタイヤ。
- 前記子午線方向補強プライ(6、7)と半径方向に一致する領域における周方向補強体(8)の周方向の引っ張り剛性は、子午線方向補強プライが存在しない領域における前記補強体(8)の引っ張り剛性の、大きくても50%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載のタイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強体(8)は軸線方向に不連続であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載のタイヤ。
