Description
Claims (10)
- データセンタ(100)内の空気流の再循環指標値を判定するためのシステム(202)であって、
前記データセンタ(100)の1つ又は複数の場所内の空気再循環の指標値を判定するように構成される計量化モジュール(216)を有するコントローラ(204)を備えることを特徴とするデータセンタ内の空気流の再循環指標値を判定するためのシステム。 - 前記データセンタ(100)の種々の場所における空気温度を検出するように構成される複数の温度センサ(230〜236)と、
基準空気温度を検出するように構成される基準温度センサ(226、240)とをさらに備え、
前記計量化モジュール(216)は、前記複数の温度センサ(230〜236)及び前記基準温度センサ(226、240)によって検出される温度に基づいて空気再循環の前記指標値を判定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデータセンタ内の空気流の再循環指標値を判定するためのシステム。 - 前記コントローラ(204)はさらに、空気再循環の前記判定された指標値に応答して、1つ又は複数のアクチュエータ(206a〜208b)を動作させて前記データセンタ(100)内の空気流を変更するように構成される冷却システムモジュール(214)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のデータセンタ内の空気流の再循環指標値を判定するためのシステム。
- 空気再循環の前記判定された指標値に応答して、作業負荷配分を変更するように構成される作業負荷モジュール(218)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のデータセンタ内の空気流の再循環指標値を判定するためのシステム。
- データセンタ(100)内の空気再循環を制御するための方法(400、450)であって、
1つ又は複数のラックのための入口温度及び出口温度を受信すること(404、452)と、
基準温度を受信すること(406、454)と、
前記入口温度、前記出口温度及び前記基準温度に基づいて空気再循環の第1の指標値を計算すること(410、458)と、
前記データセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するために、空気再循環の前記計算された第1の指標値に応答して1つ又は複数のアクチュエータを操作すること(414、422、462、470)と、
を含むことを特徴とするデータセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するための方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数のアクチュエータの設定を決定すること(424、472)と、
前記1つ又は複数のアクチュエータの前記設定を、所定の最大アクチュエータ設定及び所定の最小アクチュエータ設定のうちの少なくとも一方と比較すること(426、474)とをさらに含み、
前記操作すること(414、422、462、470)は、前記比較することに応答して、前記1つ又は複数のアクチュエータを操作することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のデータセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するための方法。 - 第2の組の入口温度及び出口温度を受信すること(416、464)と、
空気再循環の第2の指標を計算すること(418、466)と、
再循環の前記第1の指標が再循環の前記第2の指標を超えるか否かを判定すること(420、468)と、
前記第1の指標が前記第2の指標を超えるのに応答して、前記1つ又は複数のラックへの空気流を減少させるように前記1つ又は複数のアクチュエータを操作すること(422、470)と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のデータセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するための方法。 - データセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するための方法(500)であって、
作業負荷配分要求を受信すること(502)と、
前記要求された作業負荷を実行することができるサーバを特定すること(504)と、
前記特定されたサーバに関する空気再循環の指標を計算すること(506)と、
空気再循環の最も低い指標を有するサーバに前記作業負荷を配分すること(508)と、
を含むことを特徴とするデータセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するための方法。 - 1つ又は複数のコンピュータプログラムが埋め込まれるコンピュータ読取り可能記憶媒体(212、306)であって、前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータプログラムはデータセンタ内の空気の再循環を制御する方法を実施し、前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータプログラムは1組の命令を含み、前記命令は、
1つ又は複数のラックのための入口温度及び出口温度を受信すること(404、452)と、
基準温度を受信すること(406、454)と、
前記入口温度、前記出口温度及び前記基準温度に基づいて空気再循環の第1の指標値を計算すること(410、458)と、
前記データセンタ内の空気再循環を制御するように、空気再循環の前記計算された第1の指標値に応答して1つ又は複数のアクチュエータを操作すること(414、422、462、470)と、
を含むことを特徴とする1つ又は複数のコンピュータプログラムが埋め込まれるコンピュータ読取り可能記憶媒体。 - 前記1つ又は複数のコンピュータプログラムはさらに1組の命令を含み、前記命令は、
第2の組の入口温度及び出口温度を受信すること(416、464)と、
空気再循環の第2の指標を計算すること(418、466)と、
再循環の前記第1の指標が再循環の前記第2の指標を超えるか否かを判定すること(420、468)と、
前記第1の指標が前記第2の指標を超えるのに応答して、前記1つ又は複数のラックへの空気流を減少させるように前記1つ又は複数のアクチュエータを操作すること(422、470)と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコンピュータ読取り可能記憶媒体
