Description
Claims (23)
- 空気入口ダクトと、排気ガスダクトと、第1及び第2のターボチャージャとを具備し、この第1のターボチャージャは、この第2のターボチャージャよりも実質的に小さく、各ターボチャージャは、前記排気ダクト内に位置されている排気タービンと、前記入口ダクト内に位置されている過給機ホイールとを有し、バイパスダクトが、前記第1のターボチャージャの前記排気タービンの各側面で前記排気ダクトに接続され、このバイパスダクトは、ハウジングの中に回動可能に装着されている弁フラップを備えた選択的に動作可能なバタフライ締切弁を有し、前記ハウジングの内壁は、排気ガスの流れの方向に対して横方向に延びている、互いに対向した2つの半円形の封止面を保持し、前記弁フラップは、前記バイパスダクトが実質的に制約されない開いた位置と、このバイパスダクトが前記2つの封止面と封止係合する閉じた位置との間で可動である、自動車のエンジンのためのターボチャージャシステム。
- 前記2つの封止面は、前記ハウジングを通る排気ガスの流れの方向で、前記弁フラップの厚さにほぼ等しい距離だけ、互いにずれている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記2つの封止面は、弁の前記ハウジングの内面に設けられている2つの半円形の封止突起の対向する側面により構成されている請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジングの内面は、それぞれの封止面が規定されている2つの不連続な所を除いて、全体として滑らかに連続している請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 第1のターボチャージャを第1の制御スキームに従って第1の動作範囲で制御し、第2のターボチャージャの制御をこの第1の制御スキームに従属させることと、
第2のターボチャージャを第2の制御スキームに従って第2の動作範囲で制御することとを具備し、前記第1及び第2の制御スキーム間の移行では、切り替え項が前記第2の制御スキームに組み込まれている、第1及び第2の動作範囲をそれぞれ備えた第1及び第2のターボチャージャを有するターボチャージャシステムを制御する方法。 - 前記切り替え項は、前記第1のスキームに従った前記第2のターボチャージャの制御パラメータと、前記第2のスキームに従ったこの第2のターボチャージャの制御パラメータとの間のずれの測定値である請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記制御スキームは、PID制御スキームであり、前記切り替え項は、前記第2の制御スキームに従った比例ゲインの測定値である請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 積分項が、前記第2の制御スキームに従って0に初期化される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のターボチャージャのうちの一方は、高圧ターボチャージャであり、これら第1及び第2のターボチャージャのうちの他方は、低圧ターボチャージャである請求項5乃至8のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 請求項5乃至9のいずれか1に記載の方法を実行するように構成されているコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラムの命令の下で動作するように構成されているコンピュータ。
- エンジン制御ユニットを具備している請求項11に記載のコンピュータ。
- 請求項5乃至9のいずれか1に記載の方法を実行するように構成されている制御装置。
- 請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラムを実行するための命令を保持している、コンピュータが読み取り可能な媒体。
- コンプレッサの下流の圧力が、このコンプレッサの上流の圧力以下の時、このコンプレッサの周りのバイパスを開成することと、このコンプレッサの動作が必要とされている時に、前記バイパスを閉成することと、所定の開成命令を受けるまで前記バイパスを閉成して維持することとを具備する、第1及び第2の動作範囲をそれぞれ備えた第1及び第2のターボチャージャを有するターボチャージャシステムを制御する方法。
- 前記バイパスを閉成することは、完全に又は部分的にこのバイパスを閉成することを有する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記コンプレッサは、高圧コンプレッサを有する請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 前記命令は、所定の時間の終わりと同時に出される請求項15乃至17のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 請求項15乃至18のいずれか1に記載の方法を実行するように構成されているコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項19に記載のコンピュータプログラムの命令の下で動作するように構成されているコンピュータ。
- エンジン制御ユニットを有している請求項20に記載のコンピュータ。
- 請求項15乃至18のいずれか1に記載の方法を実行するように構成されている制御装置。
- 請求項19に記載のコンピュータプログラムを実行するための命令を保持している、コンピュータで読み取り可能な媒体。
