Abstract
【解決手段】固液分離部3内に位置するスクリューの所定の位置S1よりも、固液分離部3の出口3Aの側のスクリュー部分21Aの軸部41の直径dが、出口3Bの側に向けて漸次大きくなっていると共に、そのスクリュー部分21Aのリード角が10°乃至30°に設定されている。

Claims (5)
- 複数の固定板及び隣り合う固定板の間に配置された可動板を有する固液分離部と、該固液分離部を貫通して延びる少なくとも1本のスクリューとを具備し、回転するスクリューによって前記可動板が押し動かされるように、該可動板が形成されていると共に、固液分離部に入り込んだ処理対象物を、回転するスクリューによって固液分離部の出口に向けて移動させながら、その処理対象物から分離された濾液を、固液分離部の濾液排出ギャップを通して固液分離部外へ排出させ、含液率の低下した処理対象物を前記出口から固液分離部外に排出させる固液分離装置において、
前記固液分離部に位置するスクリューの所定の位置よりも、固液分離部の出口側のスクリュー部分の少なくとも一部の軸部の直径が、該出口の側に向けて漸次大きくなっていると共に、そのスクリュー部分の少なくとも一部のリード角が10°乃至30°に設定されていることを特徴とする固液分離装置。 - 処理対象物が固液分離部に入り込む入口よりも、処理対象物移動方向下流側の位置を前記スクリューの所定の位置とした請求項1に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記スクリュー部分の軸部の直径が、そのスクリュー部分の全長に亘って、固液分離部の出口側に向けて漸次大きくなっている請求項1又は2に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記スクリュー部分の全長に亘って、そのリード角が10°乃至30°に設定されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記リード角が13°乃至14°である請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の固液分離装置。
