Claims (5)
- 複数の可動部材と、該可動部材に接触しない状態で当該可動部材を貫通して延びるスクリューとを具備し、該スクリューの回転によって、液体を含む処理対象物を搬送しながら脱液処理する固液分離装置において、
前記複数の可動部材のうちの1つの可動部材より成る主動部材及び他の可動部材より成る少なくとも1つの従動部材と、該従動部材及び前記主動部材が共に作動するように、当該主動部材と従動部材を連結する連結手段と、前記主動部材を加圧して直線往復運動させるカムとを備えた少なくとも2組の可動ユニットを具備し、前記スクリューの軸線方向に隣り合う2つのカムは、その各カムの所属する可動ユニットの可動部材が位相差をもって直線往復運動するように、互いに位相を異ならせて配置され、かつ全ての可動ユニットのカムが、モータにより回転駆動される共通の駆動軸に固定されており、前記可動ユニットは、その主動部材に回動可能に連結された中間部材を有し、前記カムは偏心カムより成り、かつ当該カムは、前記中間部材に形成された孔に嵌合した軸受の中心側の円形カム孔に摺動自在に嵌合し、前記カムの回転によって、前記中間部材を介して、前記主動部材を加圧した際、該主動部材とその主動部材が所属する可動ユニットの従動部材が直線往復運動するように、当該主動部材と従動部材の少なくとも1つを案内するガイド手段を具備することを特徴とする固液分離装置。 - 前記ガイド手段は、前記主動部材と前記従動部材が上下方向に直線往復運動するように、当該手動部材と従動部材の少なくとも1つを案内する請求項1に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記スクリューの軸線方向に隣り合って位置する2つの可動部材が互いに異なった位相で直線往復運動する請求項1又は2に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記スクリューに接触しない状態で配置された複数の固定部材を有し、前記スクリューは、前記可動部材と固定部材を貫通して延びていて、前記スクリューの軸線方向に隣り合って位置する固定部材の間に1つの可動部材が配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記スクリューに接触しない状態で配置された複数の固定部材を有し、前記スクリューは、前記可動部材と固定部材を貫通して延びていて、前記スクリューの軸線方向に隣り合って位置する固定部材の間に複数の可動部材が配置され、該複数の可動部材であって、前記スクリューの軸線方向に隣り合って位置する2つの可動部材は、互いに異なった位相で直線往復運動する請求項1又は2に記載の固液分離装置。
