Abstract
【解決手段】閉口した下側の支持用基部(基部領域16)、閉口した基部から上方に延びる側壁部14、および注出口21をその内部に有し且つ側壁部14から上方に延在する上部(上部領域20)を有してなる中空のプラスチック容器10であり、厚さが1から200ミクロンの側壁部上のデジタル印刷されたベースコート12を含んでいる。特徴的な外観を提供するためにベースコート12の少なくとも一部の上に印刷領域を設けても良い。

Claims (22)
- 閉口した下側の支持用基部と、前記閉口した基部から上方に延びる側壁部と、注出口をその内部に有し且つ前記側壁部から上方に延在する上部とを有する中空のプラスチック容器、および
前記側壁部上にデジタル印刷されたベースコートを有してなり、
前記ベースコートの厚さが1〜200ミクロンである、ことを特徴とする容器。 - 前記ベースコートの少なくとも一部上に印刷領域を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記側壁部の一部がコーティングされていない、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記側壁部が曲線状の外面を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記容器が内方に向いた肩部を前記側壁部と前記上部との間に含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記肩部にはベースコートが施されていない、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコートが透明および着色されたもののいずれかである、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記容器がブロー成形されたプラスチック容器である、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記容器が、ベースコートを施す前に、熱処理およびコロナ処理のいずれかにより前処理される、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記デジタル印刷されたベースコートが前記ベースコートを施した後に硬化される、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記側壁部が外方に延びるコーティングされていない部分を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の容器。
- 前記外方向に延びる部分が水滴形状を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコートの厚さが3〜100ミクロンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコートの少なくとも一部が隆起した外形を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコートの比重が少なくとも1である、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコートの比重が1.25から1.5である、ことを特徴とする請求項15記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコート上の前記印刷領域が印刷されたラベルを有してなるものである、ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコート上の前記印刷領域がデジタル印刷されたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項17記載の容器。
- 前記ベースコートが前記側壁部の周囲の実質的に全体上に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記印刷領域が盛り上げ印刷の外観を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記コーティングされていない側壁部の一部が三次元的な外観を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の容器。
- 前記側壁部の少なくとも一部においてベースコートがより厚くなって暗い外観を呈している、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
