Abstract
【解決手段】鋼プレートを加熱するための炉であって、水平に互いに上下に配置された複数の炉平面(3)を有しており、各炉平面(3)は、少なくとも1つの鋼プレート(2)を収容するために設けられており、各炉平面(3)には、加熱中に鋼プレート(2)を動かすための手段(4)が設けられている。

Claims (15)
- 鋼プレートを加熱するための炉であって、水平に互いに上下に配置された複数の炉平面(3)を有しており、各炉平面(3)は、少なくとも1つの鋼プレート(2)を収容するために設けられており、各炉平面(3)には、加熱中に鋼プレート(2)を動かすための手段(4)が設けられていることを特徴とする、鋼プレートを加熱するための炉。
- 鋼プレート(2)を動かすための手段(4)が複数の支持ローラ(5)であって、該支持ローラの上に鋼プレート(2)が載置される、請求項1記載の炉。
- 鋼プレート(2)が並進的に可逆的に各炉平面(3)において移動可能である、請求項1又は2記載の炉。
- 鋼プレート(2)を動かすための手段(4)の運動方向(P)が装入方向(B)に相当する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 装入したい炉平面(3)の高さに移動可能な装入装置(6)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 装入装置(6)が同時に取出装置方向である、請求項5記載の炉。
- 炉(1)の装入装置(6)とは反対の側に配置された、装入したい炉平面(3)の高さへと移動可能な取出装置(8)が設けられている、請求項5記載の炉。
- 装入装置(6)が複数の搬送ローラ(7)を有しており、該搬送ローラの上に鋼プレート(2)が載置されており、これらの搬送ローラを介して鋼プレート(2)が所定の炉平面(3)へと搬送可能である、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 取出装置(8)が搬送ローラ(9)を有しており、該搬送ローラの上に鋼プレート(2)が載置されて、該搬送ローラを介して鋼プレート(2)が所定の炉平面(3)に搬送可能である、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 取出装置(8)が加熱ユニット(10)を有している、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 取出装置(8)が、加熱された鋼プレート(2)を引き渡すために、引き渡しステーションの所定の高さまで移動可能である、請求項6から10までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 引き渡しステーションには加熱装置が設けられている、請求項11記載の炉。
- 互いに隣接する炉平面(3)の間に、熱的に分離するための手段が配置されており、互いに隣接する炉平面(3)を互いに別個に加熱することができる、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 互いに隣接する炉平面(3)が、炉(1,15)の、共通に加熱可能な高さ領域を成している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
- 炉平面(3)が引き出しエレメント(12)を有しており、該引き出しエレメント(12)の底面が、鋼プレート(2)を支持する搬送ローラ(13)によって形成されていて、前記引き出しエレメント(12)は、鋼プレート(2)の装入・取り出しのために、水平方向に走入・走出可能である、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の炉。
