Abstract
【解決手段】クイックカップリング1が、雌本体部3と、雌本体部3に螺合して組み立てられる雄本体部2を備えている。雌本体部3は、ベアリング11を有する内側筒状体8を備え、ベアリング11上に位置している。雌本体部3は、径方向に延びた複数の孔部20を備えている。ボール素子21は、孔部20に係合し、雄本体部2に形成された周方向溝に嵌合する。ボール素子21は、リングナット15の内側に形成された拡張部16で径方向に係止される。リングナット15は、雌本体部に関わる付勢ばね17に抗して駆動される。

Claims (7)
- 雌本体部に螺合可能に接続される雄本体部を備えるクイックカップリングにおいて、雌本体部3は、ベアリング11を有する内側筒状体8を備え、該ベアリング上に位置している、ことを特徴とするクイックカップリング。
- 前記雌本体部3は、その先端部に周方向に設けた複数の孔部20を備え、該孔部20は、その中に複数の周方向に移動可能なボール素子21を収容し、該ボール素子21は、前記雄本体部2の周方向の溝22に係合可能で、該ボール素子21は、リングナット15の内側に形成した環状拡張部16で径方向に係止され、該リングナット15は、逆付勢ばね17に抗し駆動される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 前記ベアリング11は、前記雌本体部3の中空室12に収容され、スラストベアリングに形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 前記ベアリング11は、その動作状態で、周方向の溝に係合された弾性体のリング素子13、14で、前記中空室12内で規制されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 前記クイックカップリング1の前記雌本体部3が、周方向の前記環状拡張部16を備える変位可能な前記リングナット15を備え、前記ばねが、前記拡張部16に抗して位置し、前記雌本体部3の外側肩部18に当接している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 移動可能な前記リングナット15が、その端部で弾性体のリング素子19で規制されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 前記雄本体部2が、前記クイックカップリング1の前記雌本体部3に完全に螺合している時、前記ボール素子21が、前記雄本体部2の前記周方向溝22に係合し、前記ばね17が、前記リングナット15をセット方向fに駆動するようにし、前記ボール素子21の上で前記環状拡張部16を係止する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクイックカップリング。
