Abstract
速接接头包括可与阴件(3)螺纹装配的阳件(2),容纳有内部管状支撑体(8),该内部管状支撑体(8)容纳有轴承(11),所述阴件(3)支撑在所述轴承(11)上,所述阴件(3)还包括数个径向延伸的孔(20),孔内装入滚珠件(21),滚珠件可以啮合于阳件本体(2)上的周向槽内,并且可被形成在环形螺母内侧的放大部分(16)径向锁止,其中所述环形螺母可以被与阴件本体配合的推力弹簧(17)推动。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种速接接头,为机械零件提供安全连接,该速接接头部件无需使用操作工具就可将其易旋入、旋出,可以分别有效地相互连接和旋入/旋出。
背景技术
在现有技术中,特别是在电动或电子制冷设备领域,其设备需要一种连续制冷的电动或电子部件。
这通常通过使用数个用来向制冷设备提供制冷液的管和用来回收制冷液的回流管完成。
所述输送或供给管和回流管通常通过速接接头组件连接到制冷设备。
在现有速接接头组件中,其阳件具有阳螺纹,可与形成于接头的阴件上的阴件螺纹相啮合。
为了防止速接接头的两个本体偶然分离或滑动,所述现有速接接头通常包括可在扭矩扳手的夹紧扭矩作用下夹紧的护环螺母。
现有装置的缺点在于螺纹部件的连接和分离操作都需要使用工具,如扭矩扳手。
还必须使用这种工具以克服产生的巨大摩擦力,特别是速接接头阴件本体的内部管状体与外部管状体之间产生的摩擦力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无需操作工具,通过简单手工操作即可允许其螺纹体滑动地连接和分离,同时给要速接的零件提供安全连接的新型速接接头。
根据本发明,上述目的通过包括可与阴件本体螺纹连接的阳件的速接接头来实现,所述阴件本体包括容纳轴承的内部管状体,所述轴承支撑外部管状体。
优选地,阴件本体的外部管状体在其前部包括数个周向延伸的孔,孔容纳径向移动的滚珠件,所述滚珠件适合于啮合于阳件本体的周向槽,并且所述滚珠件适合于被阴件本体的环形螺母内侧的延长部分径向锁止,环形槽可以克服推力弹簧被驱动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,通常以1表示的速接接头包括可相互连接在一起的速接接头阳件2和速接接头阴件3。
为了提供一种螺纹形式的连接,阳件2在其前部具有外螺纹4,以与形成在阴件本体或阴件3内部的内螺纹5啮合。
如冷冻液的工作液体,以公知的方式通过阳件本体2的入口6或阴件3的入口7来提供。
如现有技术中所公知的,入口7形成在管状体8内,该管状体8容纳有由弹簧10环绕的径向延伸杆9。
由于构件9、10及其优选为O形环密封的相应垫圈在现有技术中是公知的,且常常使用在现有速接接头中,因此对其不再进行详细的描述。
优选地,管状体8容纳轴承11,优选使用推力轴承,它用来抵抗轴向推力和径向作用力。
更具体地,轴承11位于环形室12内,该环形室12形成于形成速接接头阴件的外部管状体3内。
优选地,轴承11通过弹性环形件13和14保持在预期的位置,并与适当的接合槽接合;应当清楚,在该连接中,还可以采用其它定位锁止装置对轴承进行适当的定位和锁止。
这样,由于轴承11的使用,几乎可消除阴件的外部管状体3和内部管状体8之间所有的摩擦力,既然由于轴承11的使用克服了现有接头操作中产生的所有摩擦力,所以可以非常简单的方式,无需使用操作工具,就可手动实现螺纹4和5的连接和分离。
速接接头1的阴件本体3的前部可以接收可移动的环形螺母15,环形螺母15在其前侧具有内部环形放大部分16,它抵靠在弹簧17上,弹簧17同时抵靠在管状件3的用来定位的外肩18上。
在其前部,环形螺母15由弹性环形件19保持在端部。
数个径向延伸的孔20周向形成在管状件3的前部,所述孔中可接收相应的数个滚珠件21,当连接阳件本体2和阴件本体3时,在阳件本体2和阴件本体3完全配合的情形下,滚珠件21与阳件本体2的周向槽22接合,由于滚珠件21与周向槽22接合,所以其可作为锁止装置。
通过螺纹4和5将本体2螺接入阴件本体3时,所述滚珠件21将从阳件本体2径向向外移动,因此,会使环形螺母15向后移动(如图2所示),从而压缩弹簧17。
阳件本体2完全螺接入,通常以1表示的速接接头的管状体3时,滚珠件21将进入阳件本体的槽22内,使弹簧17推动环形螺母15沿图3中的箭头(f)所示的方向移动,从而内部径向延伸放大部分16将移动到滚珠件21上将滚珠件21锁止在预期的位置上,因此在速接接头1的阳件本体2和阴件本体3之间提供了安全和合适的锁定连接方法。
如果需要,将本体2从本体3上分离,环形螺母15必须沿图3中的箭头(g)所示的方向移动,由于滚珠件21可以自由地径向向外移动,所以允许处于自由状态的滚珠件21径向移动,以使本体2从管状体3退回,以允许方便地分离本体2。
Claims (7)
1、一种速接接头,包括可与速接接头阴件本体螺纹连接的速接接头阳件,其特征在于,所述阴件本体(3)包括容纳轴承(11)的内部管状体(8),所述外部管状阴件本体(3)支撑在所述轴承(11)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的速接接头,其特征在于,所述外部管状体(3)在其前部包括数个周向布置的孔(20),所述孔(20)容纳数个可径向移动的滚珠件(21),所述滚珠件(21)可以啮合于所述阳件本体(2)的周向槽(22)内,并且所述滚珠件(21)被形成在环形螺母(15)内侧的周向放大部分(16)径向锁止,所述环形螺母(15)可以克服推力弹簧(17)被驱动。
3、如权利要求1所述的速接接头,其特征在于,所述轴承(11)位于所述管状体(3)的环形室(12)内,它制造为推力轴承。
4、如权利要求3所述的速接接头,其特征在于,所述轴承(11)通过与周向槽接合的弹性环形件(13,14)限制在所述室(12)内的操作位置上。
5、如权利要求1所述的速接接头,其特征在于,所述速接接头(1)的所述阴件本体(3)容纳有可替换的环形螺母(15),所述环形螺母(15)具有与弹簧(17)相抵靠的环形周向放大部分(16),所述弹簧依次又与管状体(3)的外肩(18)相邻接。
6、如权利要求5所述的速接接头,其特征在于,所述可移动的环形螺母(15)由弹性环形件(19)限制在其端部。
7、如权利要求1所述的速接接头,其特征在于,当所述本体(2)完全螺接入所述速接接头(1)的管状体(3)时,所述滚珠件(21)啮合于所述本体(2)的周向槽(22)内,所述弹簧(17)使所述环形螺母(15)沿设定方向(f)运动,从而将所述放大部分(16)锁止在所述滚珠件(21)上。
