Claims (9)
- それぞれの端部でホースに接続される第1のコネクタ及び第2のコネクタを備え、前記第1のコネクタは前記第2のコネクタの第2のねじ部に螺合する第1のねじ部を含み、前記第2のコネクタは長手軸に沿って同軸にかつ前方に前記第1のコネクタを貫通することにより、前記迅速連結型結合具が完全螺合位置にあるとき流体が一方のホースから他方のホースに前記迅速連結型結合具を通過するのを可能にし、前記第1のコネクタは外ケースを含む一方前記第2のコネクタは外体を含む、迅速連結型結合具であって、
前記第1のコネクタは、前記外ケースと一体であり前記長手軸に沿って配設された少なくとも1つの案内軌道体、前記外ケースと共軸に摺動可能に装着されて前記少なくとも1つの案内軌道体に沿って摺動するのに好適である摺動環、及び前記外ケースに螺合しかつ前記摺動環が前記少なくとも1つの案内軌道体に沿って軸方向に摺動するのを可能にする弛み位置から推移するのに好適である螺合環を含み、前記摺動環は前記第2のコネクタに面する前記摺動環の環状端部から延在する少なくとも1つの歯部を含み、
前記第2のコネクタは前記外体を軸方向に装着した係止環を含み、該係止環は前記外体を回転可能に装着すると共に前記係止環は前記長手軸を中心として回転し、前記係止環は前記第1のコネクタに面する前記係止環の環状端部から延在する少なくとも1つの収容部を含み、前記少なくとも1つの歯部は前記迅速連結型結合具の前記完全螺合位置で前記少なくとも1つの収容部に当接し、
前記螺合環は前記摺動環に抗して螺合され、該螺合環は前記案内軌道体に沿って摺動する前記摺動環を押動し、前記摺動環は該摺動環の前記少なくとも1つの歯部を前記係止環の前記少なくとも1つの収容部中に押動する、ことを特徴とする迅速連結型結合具。 - 前記第1のコネクタの前記第1のねじ部は、前記第2のコネクタの前記第2のねじ部に同相に螺入され、前記少なくとも1つの歯部は前記迅速連結型結合具の前記完全螺合位置で前記少なくとも1つの収容部と整合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記第1のコネクタの前記第1のねじ部は前記第2のコネクタの前記第2のねじ部のピッチと同相のピッチを含み、前記迅速連結型結合具の前記完全螺合位置で前記少なくとも1つの歯部は前記少なくとも1つの収容部と整合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記係止環は前記第2のコネクタの前記第2のねじ部を含み、前記長手軸を中心として回転する前記係止環は前記第1のコネクタを前記第2のコネクタに螺合することにより、前記迅速連結型結合具は螺合開始位置に対応する前記第2のコネクタとの前記第1のコネクタの第1の係合位置から前記迅速連結型結合具の完全螺合位置に対応する前記第2のコネクタとの前記第1のコネクタの完全係合位置まで推移するのが可能になる、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記係止環は、前記第2のコネクタの前記外体を装着した軸受上を摺動しながら前記長手軸を中心として回転することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記外体は、前記軸受に対して適所に摺動可能に前記係止環を維持するための保持環を装着することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記第2のコネクタは前記第1のコネクタに接近する方向に延在する本体を含み、該本体は前記外体の直径よりも大きい直径を有し、前記第2のコネクタの前記軸受に対して適所に前記係止環を維持するのに適合した段差を創成することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記第1のコネクタの前記外ケースは前記少なくとも1つの案内軌道体を装着する少なくとも1つの軸方向溝を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの案内軌道体は前記第1のコネクタの前記外ケースと一体構成であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の迅速連結型結合具。
