Abstract
【解決手段】内層1とその外周に形成される外層2とを有する耐熱エアホースであって、上記内層1がシリコーンゴムを主成分とする内層用材料を用いて形成され、かつ、上記外層2がエチルアクリレートを50重量%以上含有するアクリル系ゴムを主成分とし、アクリル系ゴムの損失係数(tanδ)が150℃において0.09以上で、かつ、アクリル系ゴムの貯蔵弾性率(E′)が7.0MPa以上である外層用材料を用いて形成されている。

Description
メチルビニルシリコーンゴム(VMQ)(旭化成ワッカーシリコーン社製、ELASTOSIL R760/70 OH)〔tanδ(150℃):0.02〕100部と、加硫剤(有機過酸化物)(旭化成ワッカーシリコーン社製、DS−3)1.8部とを混合して、シリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。
下記の表1に示す各成分を同表に示す割合で配合し、これらを5Lニーダーを用いて混練することにより、アクリル系ゴム組成物を調製した。

ジ−o−トリルグアニジン(大内新興化学社製、ノクセラーDT)
前述のシリコーンゴム組成物を内径30mm、肉厚3mmで押出し、未加硫のゴム内層を形成した。つぎに、ゴム内層に対して、所定の引揃数および打込数で、パラ系芳香族ポリアミド フィラメント糸〔繊度:1000デニール(単糸)〕を、編組角(θ)55°でブレード編みし補強糸層を形成した。つぎに、その外周面に、アクリル系ゴム組成物Aを肉厚2mmで押出し、未加硫のゴム外層を形成し、未加硫状態の繊維補強ホースを作製した。続いて、この未加硫状態の繊維補強ホースを長さ300mmにカットして、外径30mmのストレート金属マンドレルを内挿した。そして、160℃で1時間、蒸気にて加硫を行った後、金属マンドレルを抜き取り、200℃で4時間オーブンにて2次加硫を行うことにより、内層の外周面に補強糸層が形成れ、さらにその外周面に外層が形成されてなる耐熱エアホースを作製した。
内層用材料,外層用材料を下記の表2および表3に示すものに変更する以外は、実施例1に準じて、耐熱エアホースを作製した。
フッ素ゴム(デュポンエラストマーズ社製、バイトンGBL200)100部と、カーボンブラック(旭カーボン社製、アサヒサーマル)10部と、亜鉛華(三井金属鉱業社製、酸化亜鉛2種)3部と、加硫剤(有機過酸化物)(日本油脂社製、パーヘキサ25B−40)1.3部と、架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート)(日本化成社製、タイク)2.5部とを混合して、フッ素ゴム組成物を調製した。
内層の内周面に、上記フッ素ゴム組成物からなる最内層(厚み1mm)を形成する以外は、比較例5と同様にして、耐熱エアホースを作製した。
各ホースを、ストレート径31mmでJASO M101に準拠したバルジ形状のアルミニウム鋳造品パイプに組み付け、その後、JASO F207に準拠したウォームギアクランプで、3N・mの締付トルクにて締めつけた。そして、加温(200℃)した空気を、そのホースの内部に流通させ(その際の外表面温度は180℃程度)、そのまま500時間放置した後、ホースを室温まで冷却した。このような処理を行った後、さらに、上記ホースを二枚の平板間に挟み、ホース内径が1/2になるまで急激に圧縮し、ホースに割れや亀裂等の異常がないかどうかを外観評価した。評価は、全く異常のないものを○、異常のあるもの(割れ,亀裂等)を×とした。
各ホースを、ストレート径31mmでJASO M101に準拠したバルジ形状のアルミニウム鋳造品パイプに組み付け、その後、JASO F207に準拠したウォームギアクランプで、3N・mの締付トルクにて締めつけた。そして、そのホースの内部にディーゼルエンジンオイル(グレードは10W−30)を封入し、175℃の防爆式老化槽中で500時間放置後そのホースを取り出し室温まで冷却した。つぎに、ホース内のディーゼルエンジンオイルを抜き取り、1週間放置した後、そのホースの外表面(アクリル系ゴム面)のオイル滲み出し状況を、目視により評価した。評価は、オイルの滲み出しが確認されなかったものを○、オイルの滲み出しが確認されたものを×とした。
各ホースを、ストレート径31mmでJASO M101に準拠したバルジ形状のアルミニウム鋳造品パイプに組み付け、更に、JASO F207に準拠したウォームギアクランプで3N・mの締付トルクにて締めつけた。その後、そのホースを水平状態に置き、片側端部を固定し、反対側端部は加振機に設置した。ホース内部に200kPaのエア圧を与え、加振機側を加速度5G、周波数15Hzで加振し、反対側のパイプ表面に伝達する加速度を、加速度ピックアップにより計測した。評価は、測定加速度が4G以下のものを○、4Gより大きいものを×とした。
2 外層
Claims (8)
- 内層とその外周に形成される外層とを有する耐熱エアホースであって、上記内層がシリコーンゴムを主成分とする内層用材料を用いて形成され、かつ、上記外層がエチルアクリレートを50重量%以上含有するアクリル系ゴムを主成分とし、アクリル系ゴムの損失係数(tanδ)が150℃において0.09以上で、かつ、アクリル系ゴムの貯蔵弾性率(E′)が7.0MPa以上である外層用材料を用いて形成されていることを特徴とする耐熱エアホース。
- 上記外層用材料のアクリル系ゴムが、エチルアクリレート(EA)とn−ブチルアクリレート(BA)とを必須成分とし、その含有量比(BA/EA)が1.0以下である請求項1記載の耐熱エアホース。
- 上記外層用材料のアクリル系ゴムは、エポキシ基およびカルボキシル基の少なくとも一方からなる架橋基が導入されている請求項1または2記載の耐熱エアホース。
- 内層と外層との間に補強糸層を形成してなる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱エアホース。
- 上記補強糸層が、パラ系芳香族ポリアミド材料を編組して構成されている請求項4記載の耐熱エアホース。
- 上記補強糸層が、補強糸をスパイラル巻き,ブレード編みまたはニッティング編みして構成されている請求項4または5記載の耐熱エアホース。
- 上記ブレード編みして構成された補強糸層が、補強糸の引揃数が2〜4で、打込数が30〜50である請求項6記載の耐熱エアホース。
- 上記耐熱エアホースが、輸送機のエア系の高耐熱ホースに用いられる請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱エアホース。
